First time going here as I bought my Acura rdx from Toyota in Irmo. They couldn’t find anything wrong with it even though I showed them video of lights on dash flashing etc while car wasn’t on. I dealt with Vincent at this dealership and all the problems were solved and it was ready before said date. He and others were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate it so much and will be returning for my oil changes and anything else that may occur. When I’m ready to trade I’ll be shopping here for my next vehicle. Thanks again McDaniels Acura !! The service department over booked their oil change (service) appointments for the day we were there. They obviously were counting on "no shows" which did not happen. Because of that, our car didn't mo (service) appointments for the day we were there. They obviously were counting on "no shows" which did not happen. Because of that, our car didn't move for its service for about an hour. The lady that was juggling customers was very pleasant and kept us informed. Once our car did get taken back, the service was speedy. More

When I told him how much money I wanted to put down, he repeatedly asked me “are you sure you have the money,” at different points in the process. Also, before running my credit score he kept asking, “are you sure it’s good enough to pass?” I understand people exaggerate their situation or financial ability, however even if you’re skeptical keep those comments to yourself. I almost didn’t buy. Additionally, he told me my trade in car was worth $15k, but they offered me less. Yes, I took it because he said it was late and they didn’t have time to go back and review (it really was late). I should have left and came back when they had time, but the pressure made me follow through. Also, he peeled my price tag off my new car and it left residue on my window that hasn’t come off. Other than these issues, he was nice, I guess. Or maybe I can just tell the sale was very important to him. I love my car, but wish the sale service matched the luxury brand. More
