Austin was great. We did have a nail in the tire when we went to drive off and it would have been nice to have an air compressor that worked at the park to fill it up. Jacob ran into us while we were just We bought a car from Jacob a few months back, I only found out that I can leave a review here so here it goes. Jacob ran into us while we were just driving into the dealership's parking lot, and since that moment on our experience with ANY car dealership has had a new Gold standard and benchmark to match. Jacob was prompt with getting an example for us to test drive. We were test driving with a toddler and an infant, which required installing car seats to the 2nd and 3rd rows. Not only was Jacob extremely patient with us, he went out of his way to make sure that the kids were nice and cool in the hot summer time. During the test drive, Jacob quickly gathered our needs and concern in looking for the perfect car, and had no problem demonstrating such features in the vehicle. It showed how confident and knowledgeable Jacob was. He gave me the impression that he was there to listen and provide solutions to our concerns, which was so refreshing and different from our previous experience with other car sales persons (including many working for the luxury brands). Jacob's earnest attitude in meeting our needs with zero sense of pressuring or hard-selling was consistent throughout the 2-weeks buying process. With the decisions we made on trade-ins and financing, I only found out many months later that it translated into lower commission for Jacob on that particular transaction; what's amazing was that I did not sense any such pressure or anxiety from Jacob while engaging with him. I think that speaks the loudest about his outstanding customer service attitude, that he cares only to solve his customer's needs and takes pride in doing so. I would recommend anyone looking for a Mazda (and why wouldn't anyone?) to work with Jacob. More
