Eddie got the paperwork giving us Good KBB value for our trade in. Jordan was EXTREMELY nice until we declined there added warranty. He still persisted and was trying to give us a better interest rate so that it fit I to our budget. But they wont give you all the discounts if you get there better financial rate that was advertised. My mom chose the discounts over there added warranty. Mom took there financing (the bank was closed) and was going to our bank the next morning to finance the car at our Banks intrest rate, but when melissa from our bank called they said that they had already mailed our the paperwork that morning. The gentleman she talked to was not friendly, we was under the impression it was Jordan.This pissed us off, since they knew our intentions of getting our own financing! After calls made, Jordan called said he had just gotten to work and said the paperwork was still there. Poor communication with others in financial Department. Overall they did keep there word and we had an amazing experience. Remember don't jump to conclusions 😝 More
