Since I moved up here, I took my car to McCurley Chevrolet for all of my service - ALL OF IT, and they provided me the best customer service. I knew the insurance was going to offer a settlement so my husband and I went to talk to Edgar on July 4th - told him about my situation, and that I was just looking until I knew what they would offer. I decided on a Mazda3 - since I had both a 3 and a 6 before and was happy with both of them. He had a pretty, little red one - and it was everything I was looking for. So I told him yes, I was very interested but I need to wait to see what the insurance was going to offer. Fast forward 20 days later (yes it took that long!) and they finally gave me an offer. So I went in today to let him know and we went ahead and finalized the deal. The guy has the patience of a saint - he never bugged me, he sent me one text to provide me his number but didn't act like some other dealership where they call, text and email every day. He was upfront about everything and the whole transaction was just a pleasant experience. The finance process went just as smooth - we told Felipe what type of payment we were looking for, he found us the best rate and everything was just a breeze. I can't say enough how wonderful and honorable these two young men are!! More

Quick and Painless I came in knowing what vehicle I wanted to look at. Cas has it brought into the a/c for me to check out before a test drive. Rather than telling me where to drive Cas allowed me to direct the test drive to reflect the type of driving I would be doing the most. I had already acquired an auto loan and that was no problem. I was in and out with my new ride in one evening. Everyone was very laid back, professional, courteous, and just plain friendly. They even gave me an IOU for a busted LCD screen in the vehicle. Good experience, good people. Will be back. More
