Best car buying experience ever! Having not purchased a vehicle from a dealer lot in over 20 years due to previous negative experiences, I was slightly tentative about venturing out to a dealer for my next vehicle from a dealer lot in over 20 years due to previous negative experiences, I was slightly tentative about venturing out to a dealer for my next vehicle. But the purchase of my new car with McCurley Integrity Mazda and my salesperson Cas, was nothing less than amazing. I was able to make an appointment with Cas through the sales manager, and when I arrived at my appointment, Cas had two of the vehicles I was interested in warmed up and ready for a test drive. After a short conversation with Cas about my wants, desires and needs, I narrowed my selection down to the right car for me and after my test drive, sat down to do the paperwork. I remember spending all day at a dealership doing paperwork (and all the stress and anxiety that went along with that), but this time, I was on my way home with the perfect car in less than two hours. Thank you Cas and McCurley Mazda for making this car purchase one of the easiest and the most enjoyable car buying experiences in decades! More

The only reason it’s not a 5 star review is that there was some miscommunication where we thought we were just getting an idea of what the monthly payments and interest rate would be before deciding to bu was some miscommunication where we thought we were just getting an idea of what the monthly payments and interest rate would be before deciding to buy the vehicle, but made it as far as almost signing the registration form before realizing it was beyond that. However, we ended up getting a good deal and affordable payment plan, so it all ended well. Otherwise good customer service. Really appreciated the free car wash when I went back to pick up the license plates. More

Everyone we spoke with at the dealership was extremely helpful and friendly. You could tell that all employees took cleanliness and social distancing seriously, but it didn’t take away from the warm greet helpful and friendly.
