My review might not really impact your overall rating but I just want to let everyone know my experience with Mccurley Mazda. Don’t get me wrong we’ve been dealing with Mccurley for the longest time that was I just want to let everyone know my experience with Mccurley Mazda. Don’t get me wrong we’ve been dealing with Mccurley for the longest time that was when they still have the older employees. I’m not saying that the new employees are not good but not as good as the people we dealt with before. We never have had any problems back then until now. I purchased my 2023 Mazda CX5 under my own name for the first time on March 29, 2023 although we have had several purchases under a joint account. So I was so excited to deal with my purchase directly with them unlike before my ex is the one dealing most of the time. During the course of the process I told them we only want TRI-CU to finance my car and told them not to submit to so many lenders but they did it anyways I don’t know why. Unfortunately not one of their lenders approved my loan then. Of course they want business then came back to me that one lender was offering the loan with like 18% something interest. I told them no that was too high for me. They never submitted my loan to TRI-CU because they don’t do business with them. We went to TRI-CU same day March 29th with the loan estimate and brought home my new vehicle on March 31st. I drove home with my new vehicle with just the basic info about the car. Three months down the road I haven’t gotten my Military Rebate $500 bonus. I’ve been dealing with this rebate with BJ Deruyter which I think the worst sales manager ever. I opened a case with Mazda about this rebate and told me to go back to the dealership where I purchased my car. We went to BJ’s office June 28th and discussed what was happening but to my dismay we didn’t get any answer of course. I gave the case manager’s phone and case number and he said he will follow up so then I ask when can I hear from you and said by Friday June 30th. I left two messages for him to call me regarding the status but to no avail. I called today July 6th I finally got him on the phone and to my dismay he said he didn’t have the chance to call ask me “what can I do for you now?” No return whatsoever. This is the kind of customer service I’ve got from them, we got your deal we got our commission the heck with you customer. Enough has been said with this dealership and I hope it serves as a lesson to everyone. More
