Both my husband and I have had a few bad experiences in the past with looking at, or purchasing cars at dealerships. We were both very pleasantly surprised with McCurley Mazda in Pasco. From the moment I called and talked to Brad about setting up an appointment to drive a car, he made me feel like it was going to be a good experience. We had almost a 2 hour drive to get to McCurley Mazda from where we live, and when we got there we were immediately greeted by Cas, our sales representative, as soon as we pulled up. Cas gave us his full attention but also gave us room to drive and look the car over ourselves, so we didn’t feel pushed into a deal in any way. Cas was respectful, knowledgeable, honest, and enjoyable to talk to. Everything you hope a sales person would be. Val, the finance person, even made the ordeal of signing and understanding all the paperwork enjoyable. When we were getting ready to leave Cas told us that Mccurley’s were going to give all the profit they made off the car we purchased from them to the Make A Wish Foundation, what a wonderful surprise that the proceeds would go to such a worthy cause. Especially since my husband and I have a son with severe mental disabilities. Thank you Brad, Cas, Val, & Mccurley’s Mazda Pasco, for such a wonderful experience purchasing our new car. I would give you 10 stars if I could. We will definitely be recommending your dealership to all the people we know who are wanting to buy a car and walk away feeling good about their experience. 15 words wouldn't even be able to describe the purchase of my 2017 Chevy Silverado. When I first got there we went through quite an ordeal because the vehicle had some unannounced unknown to all the sales of my 2017 Chevy Silverado. When I first got there we went through quite an ordeal because the vehicle had some unannounced unknown to all the sales people and electrical issue that just started I still made the deal on the vehicle and they took the vehicle back to Chevrolet and you cannot believe the electric components that the men at Mazda had Chevrolet replace. After 3 weeks of dealing with BJ Cass and Danny as well as with Alex at Chevrolet, they have become like Brothers to me. We went through all the headaches and trials and tribulations of electrical issues and when they said my truck was fixed, I felt like a kid in a candy store. They stuck with me through all the trials and tribulations they said my truck was fixed and I was on my way to go get it!! Yes Cass had it put in the showroom at Mazda with a bow on it as pictured above. I can't tell you how happy I am with this purchase. Cass said it all it, when he said it was like an old man of 70 which I am, with the blue pill.!!! I was so happy, put me back in my teenage years driving down 82 on my way back to Goldendale. They knew it was the right purchase for me and they were going to stand by the truck. I cannot say enough good things about these guys at Mazda. I will definitely be back I will definitely make every recommendation I can in anybody I know to head out take the drive they will be happy from the get-go. They did what they said they were going to do and they did it 100%. They were with me all the way through all the agony this truck dished out and now I am very very happy with this truck. Really you people in the local area really truly ought to take a moment before you decide on a vehicle and go see these guys More
