Tim was great! Great customer service. This was my second vehicle from them. Tim was great and informative. Went in one weekend and just looked around while having a Great customer service. Friendly and non pushy truck shopping I was very happy with my visit to McCurley. I talked to Tim M. about a month or so back and let him know what I was looking for and my budget. Some time passed before I returned with my wife and I was not pestered with calls once a week with him trying to sell me something. I went back to show my wife a few trucks and we were met by Edgar. I told him that I had talked to Tim a while back. Edgar said Tim was busy but will be out shortly. We talked about a few of the trucks I was looking at and I was informed that they would not be a good fit for me. We were then showed a different truck which we really liked. Tim finished his business then met up with us and took us for a test drive Once we made our decision the people inside were very nice and helpful and made the buying of the truck fast and easy. Next time I’m ready for a new truck I will be going back to McCurley. More

Pleasantly surprised! We initially took a few days to compare interior and exterior sizes of sedans to narrow our search before looking at numbers. Once we had our short li We initially took a few days to compare interior and exterior sizes of sedans to narrow our search before looking at numbers. Once we had our short list of contenders we went to test drive them to see which would work best for us. Having a short list of “musts” and a budget that narrowed our options, we found ourselves ending up inside looking at computer screens and inventory lists with different dealerships (we are kind of picky). Our 4th stop brought us to McCurley Integrity at the Pasco Autoplex. We met with Luis. Gave him our list of must haves, and our budget. He found a contender located at their Subaru lot. He drove us over, we test drove and found we liked this particular vehicle. As with all car purchases, there was some price negotiating, but what set our experience with Luis and Raphael at McCurley Integrity Subaru apart was that we didn’t feel the strong push or pressure to buy. The deal was more matter of fact vs persuading and pressure. They knew what price we could do.... we knew what they were willing to do, and a deal was made. It felt like a business deal vs a grimy shady deal, which, can be typical at dealerships. After our experience today, I would gladly give my recommendation to Luis and Raphael with McCurley. Hands down- A great experience! More
