Zack our salesman was very knowledgeable and not pushy like most car salesmen we have dealt with. Actually the whole staff was. There was a recall and he actually drove to our house to pickup our car and like most car salesmen we have dealt with. Actually the whole staff was. Sam Lupkin, salesman does go the extramile, however, there is no honor or trust amng the salesforec/management. I was in a middle of negotiating a deal on a used BMW Z3 when I was suddently informed th there is no honor or trust amng the salesforec/management.
