Although my car was parked outside the last official parking spot. He said they parked it there because they didn't have room . We left messages after he said he would call us back after viewing cameras, we still haven't heard back. More

What the heck???? I used mcCombs Ford West website! I also received an email saying someone would call me! Nope! Bought my husbands 2012 F150 Platinum Super Crew there- in market for a new one and I can ASSURE you that none of McCombs stores will have our business! I was in car business over 20yrs and no way my people would have been so crappy to customers! More
WRONG OIL I purchase a 2013 F250 from this dealership in Jan 2013. When I purchased the truck, I also purchased a maintenance plan. The maintenance plan called for oil changes every 5K miles with full synthetic oil. Last week, I took the truck in for the 25K oil change and stated the truck was to get synthetic oil. The Quick Lane manager told me that was not the case, that it only was to get standard diesel oil as that what was in the computer system. After escalating this to the GM, I finally got them to admit they had been using standard oil in my truck when I had paid for synthetic. I went back and checked the part number for the oil they had used from my service tickets and sure enough all the oil changes were standard diesel oil. Every time I took my truck in for service and oil change, I specifically stated the oil is synthetic. Before last Friday, there was no indication they were not using synthetic oil. So, if you purchased a maintenance plan with this dealership specifying synthetic oil, go back and check you service tickets and check the oil part number on the ford web site to make sure they used the correct oil. I am betting they did not.... Once I discovered the deception, I asked for the engine to be replaced in my truck with a new ford replacement engine. They said that was not going to happen and I was being unreasonable. As an option, I asked for the truck to be replaced with a new truck for a trade difference of what I still owed on this truck. The GM, met with me about that. At the time, there were no trucks on the lot with the same package and color of my truck to trade with them for. There were four trucks that were the same color but a higher package. So I asked for one of them. After working with the GM to get this truck, we were unable to come to a price that was not 18K difference than what I owed. I have filed a complaint with Ford, the BBB, the Corporate office (no response) and of course at he dealership. So, they are running a scam on using standard oil in vehicles even if you purchased synthetic oil. Check your service tickets and call them out on this. More
I own a 2001 Ford F150 and took it in for service because the check engine light was on. Before taking my truck to the service center I had Auto Zone run the diagnostic test and two codes were reading which the check engine light was on. Three days later and after paying over $400.00 to get it fixed the check engine light was back on reading the same codes as before. The service advisor Adrian Logan was rude and very defensive when I told him misdiagnosing a vehicle is not the customers problem but the service center's problem. Not satisfied with the work that was delivered if anything was even done in the first place. More
Bad service department! More worried about making a sale than having a happy customer. They make wild lies to better charge. i took my vehicle in for leaking thermostat housing. The part only cost 200. They also found that my "brand new" radiator was leaking. (No leak was there). When I asked why it was so much, he stated that it’s labor, they have to remove the intake and alternator, I have done this work before and there is no good reason to remove the intake or alternator. When I declined the repairs totaling 1750, I got my truck and they gave it back with a missing water tank cap, un secured radiator cap, un secured filter housing one of the bolts on the thermostat housing was left off and no water in the radiator or the water tank. I suggest ford review its service policies and practices. When I went to pay the sales sorry service guy (Daniel) was not there and the invoice had no mention of the findings. I think that 100 dollars should at least buy me that? I asked for help and no one approached me for close to 35 min. When approached the other service lady hand wrote an estimate that was less than professional and had little detail. I walked up to the parts counter and inquired as to the parts and cost. The parts he quoted me were cheaper than the ones quoted by the service lady. One part quoted at 89 was priced at 55 at the counter. The thermostat housing quoted at 220 was quoted at 59. I just don’t trust ford any more. More
I asked the service advisor to notify exactly when my car would be raised up to have the wheels on my car rotated since I was also getting an oil change; however, he forgot. I kept looking at him occasionally as if I was signaling to him, "don't forget," but I guess that did not help him either. This is what happens when you give the benefit of doubt to someone who is incompetent or uncaring for their customers. More

I knew he was lying because I watched him write it down. He told me we needed 4200 in repairs and it would take 2 more days. I needed the truck asap because we had to tow a racecar to Denver so I told him that sounded like alot that I would call him back I was gonna call and get a estimate from another shop and he told me he could get a guy to do it at night for 3175. I guess I didnt understand it wasnt being done in the main shop because I had to pay him cash when I showed up he wouldnt let me pay with my credit card I had to have cash so I couldnt get it until the next day and had to pick it up at house on Valley HI I will never do this again because I feel like I have no warranty if something happens because he told me it was done as a favor to save me money.
