McCombs Ford West responded

Sorry to hear that you that we did not meet your expectations. We do apply the Polysteel to every car on the lot as a part of the pre-delivery inspection. There should be no reason why we couldn't produce some documentation to that effect. The Polysteel comes with a 5-year warranty for exterior and interior damage. We frequently file claims with Polysteel for those claims and if we did not apply the product, I assure you they would not pay for the corrections. The problems you have in service, however, are unacceptable to us and we would like to learn more about it. We will have Bianca Villegas, Customer Relations Manager for service reach out to her or you can always contact her at 210.509.1000. I am sure we will get this resolved. We sincerely thank you for your feedback.
