Worst service ever. Over 2 hour wait, when my car was done, they called me on phone instead of coming out the door to tell me my car was ready (they came out to tell other customers). Adrian was rude an done, they called me on phone instead of coming out the door to tell me my car was ready (they came out to tell other customers). Adrian was rude and acted as if it was beneath him to help anyone. After I paid, he gave me the sticker to put on my windshield….what the actual &$(;)? There is no feeling quite like people making you feel like your are nothing more than an inconvenience to them. It was clearly too much to ask them to put the sticker on my windshield or for someone to come outside to let me know my car was ready. McCombs Ford has lost a once loyal customer for life! More
I took my truck to service dept to get A/C diagnosed. Was told I needed a new expansion valve. Warranty covered the repair and I got charged just the deductible. The problem is my A/C compressor clutch still told I needed a new expansion valve. Warranty covered the repair and I got charged just the deductible. The problem is my A/C compressor clutch still cycles on and off every 10 seconds. I’ve been back 4-5 times. One of those times they told me my recirculation motor was the issue however other auto shops told me that it has nothing to do with the cycling of my A/C clutch. Also my cooling fans stay on as soon as I start the truck and stay on anytime I have the A/C on. It’s sounds so loud. The last time I picked up my truck I was again told nothing is wrong with it. Still dealing with the same issue. Not satisfied with the service department. I do not recommend this place More
We had a very bad experience with a recall on our 2020 Explorer. We talked to several people since October 2020 with no help at all till we talked to Bernard at service depth. I had originally come in to get my truck serviced for a check engine light. Made the appointment last week. Took off a day of work and arrived at 0745 for a 0800 apt. By COB, they hadn’t even looked at the truck, and said I might have to leave it there for a couple of days before they could get to it. The service rep was perfectly fine with that being “the process.” Like it’s no big deal for people to take off of work and be without a vehicle for a few days. If I hadn’t traded in my truck, I’d still be waiting. More
