Had the oil changes and tires rotated on my F250 Platinum. Dropped off the truck and retuned to pick it up after a call from the dealership. Using my Ford Rewards app I entered the invoice number and returned to car fax for my vehicle. I have two recalls that were corrected. Why would this dealership be unaware of any recalls? More

I tried scheduling an appointment for an oil change. McCombs Ford West does not accept oil change appointments. So on a Tuesday morning, I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The so call McCombs Ford West does not accept oil change appointments. So on a Tuesday morning, I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The so called “Quick Lane” (service while you wait) estimated time was 4 hours. Nice young man that was checking in vehicles for service told me he’s put me in the system and I’d be in the queue when I returned in four hours. When I returned and checked back in they told me there were 3 vehicles ahead of me so it would be 45 minutes before my car would be serviced. It was 75 minutes before my car began service. There were only 4 of the 8 bays being used, so it’s obvious that the dealership service department is understaffed. McCombs Ford West needs to let customers schedule oil change services or be able to provide a quick service experience. More
