New car buying experience was overall great. It was when it came time for warranty work that the issues arise. I recently had my vehicle in for a warranty repair and they did not follow up with me at all on the status of things. The only way I found out updates was to keep calling them or showing up in person. The desk representative would leave the Service Advisors messages to contact me and they never would. It got to the point where the desk representative got status updates for me instead. I was also I told on a few occasions that the car was out for a test drive to verify if the issue was fixed. I monitored the FordPass app and the car wasn’t moving. Along with that lie, I picked up my car to discover the dash-cam was unplugged from the actual unit. They unplugged it the day I dropped it off. To me this is a shady practice. Almost like they don’t want you to see what times they were actually working on it. I attempted to contact them about the dash-cam issue since I picked up after the Service Advisor was already gone….but once again….no return call to explain. More
The service department here has been nothing short of outstanding. There was a minor factory defect with my new truck, and the service department took care of it. They were extremely easy to work with an outstanding. There was a minor factory defect with my new truck, and the service department took care of it. Dropped my 2015 F150 off for it's 95,000 mile check-up. Toya called me after I got back home, asked me to call her when I returned to the dealership for my vehicle. I did, she came over to meet me ( I really did come to buy a new vehicle, must admit that I had thought about it), do we walked over to a beautiful dark blue 2022 F150 crewcab, 4x4. I bought the Damm thing. I'm very happy with my purchase and my salesperson, Toya. I was most impressed by her knowledge of the vehicle. She knew the truck inside and out. I got a good deal on my trade-in, and I love the new truck. It tows the boat 10 times better than the 5.0. More
