Rachelle, in the Service Department, was great. She was very prompt in keeping me posted on the status of my vehicle at all times. This is the only dealership I allow to work on my vehicles. Service managers were professional and courteous. I had to remind mechanic to check my r/r tire for slow leak. Took my 2016 Ford Mustang in for a recall repair, the back up camera had quit working and my trunk would not open. This was on Oct 20, 2024, I was given an appointment to have the repairs done in July 20 back up camera had quit working and my trunk would not open. This was on Oct 20, 2024, I was given an appointment to have the repairs done in July 2025. So I need to wait 8 months to be able to get into the trunk of my car. The service department is horrible. Had vehicle towed there, and when I called to check if it got there, no one was able to tell me anything. I was told to call the other location to make sure. When I called and left a message ( because no one answered during regular business hours), no one called me back. We were told repairs would be over $14K (on a 2019 vehicle). No thank you, we will be taking it elsewhere. When we went to pick up the vehicle at about 6 pm, the service advisor was not there even though he said he'd be there until 7 pm. Very unprofessional! No one was able to explain anything to us. There was no protection used on the seats or mats, so there were dirt stains all over inside. It also stank of sweat - had to use Lysol! This was not our first time there with bad results. We had been taking the vehicle for one thing or another, but it never got fixed. More
