O.K. I have to say my wife and I had a great car buying experience -- with Mr. Curtis Finley. His father is Henry Finley, the General Manager there, who was very helpful as well. We got the CarPro Radi experience -- with Mr. Curtis Finley. His father is Henry Finley, the General Manager there, who was very helpful as well. We got the CarPro Radio Show recommendation by Jerry Reynolds to Henry, who got things going and then Curtis worked hard to locate the exact 2025 Ford Explorer we wanted as to trim level, color, options and seating. He took us over to the main Red McCombs Ford dealership to get it. Curtis took us out on the open road and a big parking lot, demonstrated many features, allowed us both to drive and test park it. He allowed us the "extended test drive". Having it for 3 days at home made ALL the difference in driving it both day & night, playing with ALL the technology, trying it out on different roads, different parking lot conditions, etc. This sold us on the Explorer. Back into the dealership for the purchase and paperwork. We took in our military discount certificate and got $500 off. Ford had another $1,500 purchase incentive too. Our finance guy was fast, professional, no delays or surprises. So, overall my sweet wife and I had a great experience with Curtis and love our new 2025 Explorer so far. Ask for Curtis Finley by name. He was great to us! More

The entire custom order experience started out great. Once the truck arrived and I was transferred to the sales department, everything went downhill. From the lies and mis-truths from the sales rep, to t Once the truck arrived and I was transferred to the sales department, everything went downhill. From the lies and mis-truths from the sales rep, to the financing managers, directors etc. It was a huge negative. Truck was received damaged in shipment. No offer to repair or discount for the truck. I received automated emails from the dealership from the General Manager Henry Finley, it included his email address. I replied to his email that I would love to give my feedback on the purchase that Friday afternoon after I took delivery of the truck. Over 2 weeks later, I never heard from him. So many odd conversations with the sales rep. From a late night phone call asking me if I wanted to use his discount and get a bed liner applied. Just $500 cash... Being told I couldn't use a Ford PCO and X-plan in the same transaction. I had a DIO of the keyless entry pad, and requested it not be installed on the truck so I could place it where I wanted. It was installed on the door. But the mudflaps were not. Huge scratch on the driver rear fender. Sales rep offered zero resolution to repair it before delivery. All he kept saying was it didn't happen here. It is hand wash only due to the size, was never sent thru an automated wash. I understand that. Which means it was damaged in transit on the rail cars. On the day of delivery, I flew in from out of state. I thought they would have all the paperwork completed on their end, I would sign a few papers, hand over a check and walk away. Nope! Spent over 3 hours there waiting on finance. I was offered a bottle of luke warm water for my troubles though. All in all, A depressing finish to an event I had waited months for. If I choose to order a new Ford EVER again, I think I will go to another dealer. More
