I just bought the new Ford Edge from this dealership and am so surprised at the amount of attention and care I received. I have researched many of the different suvs online and at dealerships, test driving am so surprised at the amount of attention and care I received. I have researched many of the different suvs online and at dealerships, test driving and looking at features. As most women know- looking for a car on our own is a little intimidating. Well, at least for me. Many times I felt like no one was really listening to me or convincing me I wanted this color vs that color and talking so fast I couldn't grasp everything that was going on. Anyway, I checked out McCombs Ford West via the-internet and received a phone call from Ian. This guy was so friendly, asked me if I would be interested in coming into the dealership- From the time I walked in, I was greeted right away and so began my search, list of questions in hand. Through the whole process from both Ian and John all my questions were answered including the ones not written down. They explained the My touch features of the Edge, took their time, and saw me through the entire process. I felt comfortable and at ease- besides the sweat running down my back from the heat : ) The price was right within my budget, my payments were exactly where I wanted them to be. It was a smooth process- which really surprised me due to my previous experiences with other dealerships. Bottom line: these people are great! they have a huge selection, they are friendly, and go out of their way to ensure you are happy. They take their time and don't try to rush you. I had numerous problems with this dealership. I had to return a car back to them after they let me have it for about 4 days because of their financing discrepencies and I eventually settled for a more ine return a car back to them after they let me have it for about 4 days because of their financing discrepencies and I eventually settled for a more inexpensive car and their debited my account early for the original car that I tried to buy but returned. I purchased a vehicle that already had a chip in the paint and I have been going through hoops trying to get it fixed! No one should do business there. Also, for the same car but with more features I found it cheaper at another dealership I wonder why that is? Shady! More
