I asked the service advisor to notify exactly when my car would be raised up to have the wheels on my car rotated since I was also getting an oil change; however, he forgot. If it was not for me reminding hi would be raised up to have the wheels on my car rotated since I was also getting an oil change; however, he forgot. If it was not for me reminding him, I would not have gotten a good look under my car as I expected. I kept looking at him occasionally as if I was signaling to him, "don't forget," but I guess that did not help him either. I had 3 or 4 great dealings with McCombs right after they changed over from Gillespie. It was after that time that I bought a brand new 2008 Ford Escape. This Escape had issues, it had an airbox that would p changed over from Gillespie. It was after that time that I bought a brand new 2008 Ford Escape. This Escape had issues, it had an airbox that would pop open on its own and cause the vehicle to run rough. Well after this happened on a long trip we took the vehicle in because it was running bad. They informed us the MAF needed to be replaced and a fuel system treatment and something else, that should have all been covered under the extended full everything warranty that I purchased. Well, after running around for a month trying to get them to honor my warranty, they let me trade in that vehicle and put me in a 2010 F150, which was a very nice truck. So my overall experience based off the first 4 purchases is 4 or 5 stars, but with that Escape issue, I am still out close to $1K because of the way they handled my warranty issue. So They get 3 stars. More

We went in for a water in fuel light and black smoke coming from our exhaust in our F350, after leaving it for 3 days and no phone calls or return calls I was able to get in touch with my service rep an coming from our exhaust in our F350, after leaving it for 3 days and no phone calls or return calls I was able to get in touch with my service rep and he told me had the wrong number for us. I knew he was lying because I watched him write it down. He told me we needed 4200 in repairs and it would take 2 more days. I needed the truck asap because we had to tow a racecar to Denver so I told him that sounded like alot that I would call him back I was gonna call and get a estimate from another shop and he told me he could get a guy to do it at night for 3175. I guess I didnt understand it wasnt being done in the main shop because I had to pay him cash when I showed up he wouldnt let me pay with my credit card I had to have cash so I couldnt get it until the next day and had to pick it up at house on Valley HI I will never do this again because I feel like I have no warranty if something happens because he told me it was done as a favor to save me money. More
