sales Worst experienced ever! I went in on july 17th to trade in my car and in between that up until september 16th i had 2 cars from there i was given the Worst experienced ever! I went in on july 17th to trade in my car and in between that up until september 16th i had 2 cars from there i was given the run around about everything they never paid my car off and it ended up getting repossesed and they took back there car with no explanation even lied to say i failed my customer interview (bogus) ended up 1400+ dollars to get back on track with my old car plus 300 dollar to get my car out the pound...no one has tried to contact me or apologize for the inconvience More

Bought my husbands 2012 F150 Platinum Super Crew there- in market for a new one and I can ASSURE you that none of McCombs stores will have our business! I was in car business over 20yrs and no way my people would have been so crappy to customers! More

One of the better car buying experiences I went with my 79 year old mother to look for a new vehicle for her. John was able to locate 2 vehicles that met our needs and were within the price range we quoted. We didn't need to haggle on the price as he gave us a great deal (I did my research first) from the start and we were very pleased with the vehicle. John took the time to show my mother the options on the vehicle and make sure she was happy with the choice. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Thank you John for helping us.
