He responded and said that the truck was definitely on the lot, and I should drive out, thirty minutes away, to check out the Nissan Titan I was interested in. When I got there, he was cordial, and said to take a ride and we would find the vehicle. We drove around a partner lot where he thought the vehicle might be for about 15 minutes, before he admitted that he drove out there BEFORE texting me back (and confirming the vehicle was available) and could not find the Nissan Titan I was interested in. The Nissan Titan had 90k miles, but would not be located. After admitting that he had looked for the vehicle earlier and could not find it, Mr. Finley attempted to convince me into finding a new vehicle. My requirement to him was a truck under 100k miles, and the only item he could come up with was trying to find me a vehicle that had 180K miles on it. This was the most unprofessional place I have ever had an opportunity to meet with. STAY AWAY. More
Bait and Switch Then Sold Me a Problem Car First, the car I came to see was a piece of junk. Four tires all different, one bald. Rattled so much when I started it I refused to drive it. CD player had a CD stuck in it which it couldn't eject. After 30 min wait I started to leave and several "salesmen" ran after me. I wish I had kept going. They showed me a used car that looked nice and we agreed on a price. After 4 days the battery was totally dead (bad cell). The mechanic said that the only way it lasted 4 days was if the battery had been "juiced up" shortly before I bought it. I had the mechanic check it over and the front brakes were about shot and the turn signal was malfunctioning and would need to be replaced. I have spent $750 just to have a drivable car. I sent an email to Tom Cliver, an executive with McCombs and told him what had happened and never got a reply. I guess this is the way McCombs does business (just like a sleazy auto sales business) I wish I had never set foot on the McCombsFordWest car lot. Never again ! More

Salesman shows you features on a car but the car they bring around in the color you want has less features...when you ask about them, you hear "oh, the model in this color doesn't have those features " They tell you the car with the features in the right color will be in next week but you need to do the paperwork today" Took a month before my car came in...no call on status, and a different story everytime I called to ask. They sell you a total car warranty and tell you everything is covered bumper to bumper rvice the serice department says they only know if it's covered when the warranty provider agrees to pay for it. Could go on with their games but you get the idea. More

They told me they had to pay someone to clean my car and then offered me 3000 dollars less than Fords trade in value. After I refused to buy a extended warranty . After I refused to buy and extended the finance person became irritated .His whole attitude changed . Before he was talkative and friendly but not anymore. More

Successful, Pleasant New Car Purchase Venture On arrival at the dealership, we were greeted by Sales Advisor Majd "JD" Tabrizy, who was extremely polite, professional, helpful, informative, and kn On arrival at the dealership, we were greeted by Sales Advisor Majd "JD" Tabrizy, who was extremely polite, professional, helpful, informative, and knowledgeable of the product he was selling {although he was not aware of the fact Ford Taurus and Mercury Sable used to be the same car lol}. Because I had already researched their website, we went straight to their 2015 Ford Taurus SEL section, where he helped my wife and I select the color. As this dealer had several left to choose from, JD pointed out the other levels of Taurus, however I told him we needed the dual air, heated leather seats and navigation, so he immediately took us to just the SEL top of the line. Throughout the entire car purchasing process, JD remained extremely polite and professional and was at all times very careful and cautious with my wife who has disability issues from aging and a traumatic injury. During price negotiations Sales Manager David Webster, who was also very polite, professional, helpful also became involved in our transaction had to try to explain to me why they were asking more from me for the 2015 Ford Taurus SEL than they were advertising as their sales price on their website "for this car", when according to chapter 10 of the TxDMV dealer's manual it is illegal to add their dealer add-ons to an advertised price? David showed me the vehicle window sticker with the Ford Monroney sticker and McCombs West Ad-on sticker for all their additional dealer things added to the vehicle, saying they paid for that; to which, I replied, I am aware of that, and so is the State of Texas of TxDMV Investigators, and so was the dealer when they advertised the car; but the law says they have to sell the car at the advertised price, or the TxDMV will "fine" the dealership for Dealer Price Advertising Violations, because they are selling this car for more than $1,000.00 over advertised price. David remained very polite, professional, helpful, but said that he could not meet the advertised price if I was trading in my vehicle, but may be able to get closer to the advertised price if I would consider selling my car myself. Because of the curb stoning laws in Texas, I did not want to go through selling the car myself, so we continued with negotiations, coming to an agreed price if David had the dealer add a pin stripe to the car at no additional charge. The Finance portion of the purchase was handled by Finance Manager Angel Jaramillo, who was very polite, thorough, professional and detailed. In fact the next day when I returned with the title for our trade-in and our check for our additional down payment, he offered to re-do the paperwork because I had questions and concerns about some issues. He said he wanted happy customers from his part of the transaction, so we went over those issues, and nothing was changed after we discussed them. If anyone is looking for a Ford product, I would recommend considering the team of Sales Advisor Majd "JD" Tabrizy, Sales Manager David Webster, and Finance Manager Angel Jaramillo. More
