I have bought my first and last Ford if the experience at McCombs West Service is any indication of how customers are treated. My car has been at the dealership going on 2 weeks, under warranty with an engin McCombs West Service is any indication of how customers are treated. My car has been at the dealership going on 2 weeks, under warranty with an engine misfire. It wasn't taken in to be looked at for 7 days (after a promise of 2-3 days to evaluate). My "handler" tells me he texts messaged me the delay but "forget to send it"; he doesn't know his managers name other than "Mr. Phil". I hope this wasn't suppose to instill confidence! Today will mark my 4th phone call requesting a supervisor. More
