Our experience with Toya was excellent. Toya was very quick to pick up on our needs. As she was helping me clean out our trade-in I found our CD's and realized the model we were purchasing did not have a CD player. After consulting with my husband, it was determined that a CD player was a must, so we had to move up a model. Toya handled this very well. She is a real pro. The car is equipped to practically drive itself with lots of safety features. Right now I'm learning on a need to know basis. I keep the learning videos on my desk top and Alex has been very helpful in that regard.
