My son and I have been on the hunt for the new Mustang in the area, I saw one come available at Cargurus of San Antonio and made an inquiry about it using the online form. I was quickly reached out to by Kate Mcnab, who get in touched with me to scheduled appointment and had just come in that day and they were expecting a bit of interest so I should go in that day if I was interested in purchasing. I had watched multiple Mustang, in this trim and color get snatched up immediately so I knew this wasn’t a pressure tactic. We went in and were given the lowest price I had seen anywhere for this model/trim Mustang, Victor Shields, the sale rep. was great to work with and stayed the entire time to help us finish the purchase. Very pleased with the vehicle. Initial salesman was good. Financing process extremely flawed. $25,000 down and 10 days later, we still have no copy of our contract. This is unlike any dealership we have ever dealt with. And it is ultimately inexcusable. We of course will not recommend this dealership going forward. More
