Junk Cars Over priced and Junk service! STAY AWAY I bought at 2009 Jeep Liberty in Oct 2014,from day one that car had nothing but problem. I had no heat for about 3 weeks finely they got there head o I bought at 2009 Jeep Liberty in Oct 2014,from day one that car had nothing but problem. I had no heat for about 3 weeks finely they got there head out of there head out of there a$$ and figured it out it was the HEATER CORE. The jeep was in McCloskey's service department just about every other week. From a Anti freeze leak to 2 new heater cores then another anti freeze leak. Then I WAS TOLD THAT THE ANIT FREZZE LEAK WAS NOT THERE EVEN THOUGH MY FLOOR BOARD WAS WET AND THE CAR SAT ALL WEEKEND ON THERE LOT. THEN THEY MESSED UP MY REMOTE START TWICE AFTER THEY HAD TO TEAR THE DASH OUT TO FIX THE HEATER CORE AND THE ANTI FREEZE LEAK A LONG WITH BREAKING THE GLOVE BOX THEY SAID THAT IT WAS NOT THERE FAULT ON THE GLOVE BOX THIS TIME AROUND EVERYTIME WE TAKE THAT JEEP INTO GET FIX SOMETHING NEW GETS BROKEN. THERE MECHANICES ARE THE MOST INCOMPETENT IN THE WORLD I DOUBT THAT THEY ARE EVEN ASE CERTIFIED. I GOT SO SICK AND TIRED OF THERE B/S I WENT OUT AND BOUGHT A NEW CAR FROM A DIFFRENT DEALER .. Be warned: Monique has harrassed us every day. I did some research on car dealerships before I inquired about any cars or stepped foot on any lots. We recently paid off both of our cars and are not I did some research on car dealerships before I inquired about any cars or stepped foot on any lots. We recently paid off both of our cars and are not dead-set on buying a car at this time, we simply wanted to look around and decide if we are ready to commit to a new car payment. I read the reviews about Monique calling relentlessly, but decided to inquire about a car online anyway. That was my mistake. After she called me and told me that we would need to come by that day or the next to receive any special offers or even the "$4000 trade in", I let her know we wouldn't be able to make it by the next couple of days, but I would call her back if/when we wanted to set up an appointment. We happened to drive by their lot the next day and decided to stop and just look at what was on the lot. We walked around for at least 30 minutes and did not talk to anyone. We didn't see anything we were interested in so we left. When Monique called me the next day, I let her know we weren't interested in anything at the time. She has called EVERY day since. Yesterday, (Labor Day) my husband answered and told her we are not interested and she said "Let me tell you how this works...." He responded with "No. This is how it works. Please stop calling us. If we want to buy a car from you, we will call you back." She said "okay" and promptly hung up. Today, she called again, while I was in a meeting. I called her back and asked her to please stop calling. She tried the same "This is how it works" thing and hung up before I could really let her have it. This is getting so frustrating!! I am blocking their number and will definitely be taking action if they continue to harass me every day. I will NOT be looking at their dealership now, or in the future. If you want to sell me a car and want any part of my money, stop calling when I ask you to. I don't think this is a hard concept. More
