A Very Knowledgable Salesman Last year, while visiting the McCarthy dealership for service of our Azera, I sought out information on a Genesis on display on the showroom floor. That morning Mr. Rodney Sutherlin spent time showing me the Genesis and its features. He then took time to take me on a test drive, explaining and demonstrating all the safety and luxury features of the Genesis. As I was not in the car buying market, which he knew, he left me with a very good background of the car. This year, while looking for a new car and interested in cars available with front wheel drive capabilities, Mr. Sutherlin was available in the showroom. He was asked by a new salesperson for information on the Genesis we were looking at, then mentioned, "Genesis is all-wheel drive in the 2017 model." Magic words for me! I was sold on the 2017 Genesis and he was the salesperson for us right there and then. More

The dealership was closing and they wanted to get home that night and I felt like everything was going well. I did not read everything as it was being explained to me and that was my fault. I should have just come back the next day and not been rushed. This is the only complaint I have. Salesman was fantastic, past experience with the service department was great. Dealership is very friendly and I have bought here before and will again. More
