Here is how they deceived me: 1) Website-advertised price of the car they sold me was $20,995. The price of the vehicle in the final paperwork was $25,658. 2) The salesperson asked me if I would finance through them if they matched the rate I'd get at my credit union. I said yes (my mistake). My credit union would have financed at 2.5%. Interest rate on the final paperwork was 5.08% and they front-loaded the total interest of a 6-year term to the amount of the loan. 3) When I went back to the loan officer's office to sign the paperwork, the representative used a computer system where you could not see what you were signing. I knew better but I signed anyway. Huge mistake. Bottom line: Do NOT purchase a vehicle from McCarthy Morse Chevrolet on Metcalf in Overland Park, KS since they use deceptive sales practices. More

The salesman did a very good job of finding a truck on the lot that filled my needs. However, the purchase included some accessories that I was told were "red listed", meaning currently unavailable with the lot that filled my needs. After, checking with the salesman several times about the parts over a period of more than a month, it was discovered the wrong part number was given on the order. Two months later, I went to the dealership to pursue heartily the completion of the deal. I was fortunate to connect with another salesman named Ethan Thomas. He grabbed the bull by the horns and long story short I had my accessories and installed in about a week. I will gladly refer business to Ethan and intend to contact him for future purchases. More

We drove four and a half hours from a different state to buy a truck from this dealership. This was a great deal all around....until we got there. The 2020 Chevy 2500 High Country, that we drove four and a half hours to get, was not as it was described. "Perfect" was what Jamie Harrigan, our salesperson, described the truck as being, and that was far from the truth. My husband got out of the truck and went to look at it and the whole bed was pushed into the cab. If you look at the bed liner, the floor is separated from the front and very noticeable. When we told Jamie, he acted like he had no clue. How does a vehicle go through your shop and that get missed? I guess they thought that we wouldn't notice or we would and wouldn't care. They didn't offer to do anything for us. I went in to go talk to Eric, the sales manager, and he wouldn't even come down to talk to me. This dealership is a joke! We left without a truck. Also, to add all the sales people were sitting around the front desk and not professional at all! More
