Bought a Jeep.Wench wasn't working they wouldn't fix it. Scott B. has been fighting on my behalf with my warranty company for two weeks to do what was right to pay for the engine repairs. He could have apologized that they declined it and asked what I wanted to do about the problem, but instead he showed true integrity and fought a long, drawn out battle for me to get what I had paid for in the warranty. He never showed frustration to me but kept me in the loop throughout the process.
