Worst Dealership I've purchased several new and used cars in my lifetime, but NEVER again will I buy from a McCarthy dealership nor will I have them work on my car in I've purchased several new and used cars in my lifetime, but NEVER again will I buy from a McCarthy dealership nor will I have them work on my car in the future. The entire process of purchasing my used car from them was the biggest nightmare I've ever been through with a car company. I was warned by a good friend of mine not to shop there.....and I should have listened. The service department was the best part of the experience with this place. Just will not bring my car here due to all the other issues I've had with the dealership. I would highly suggest going elsewhere to purchase your new or used car. More

The service rep, Trevor, was fast, efficient, and courteous. My wife mentioned to him that we were also shopping for a used car for our 19 yr old daughter. He told us we should talk to the manager,Eric. Eric was with another customer. but a salesperson, Tom, offered to help us. We told him were looking for an inexpensive but reliable car. He said he had a car that might meet the criteria. He brought the car around, a 2007 Saturn Ion with just 88,000 miles that looked to be in great shape It was in fantastic condition especially for being 8 yrs old I was stunned.We test drove it, it drives great, is very clean and is overall a great car. We immediately picked up our daughter. They negotiated the price to what my daughter was comfortable with. She decided to finance it instead of paying cash to help her establish credit. I cannot thank Eric,Tom, and Trevor enough. I have found the GM dealership myself and my family will go to from now on More

They did minor repair to get us on our way so we could do major repair when we got home.The GMC dealership we contacted first didn't care that we were in a tight spot the day before a holiday weekend and said they couldn't help us.
