By chance, it was his first day at McCarthy and glad to help him make a bid splash. Our vehicle was actually at a sister dealership in Olathe and he personally went to pick it up. He saw to it that it was detailed inside and out before taking possession. The finance portion of the deal was unique. It was our first experience using the electronic Document Pad and I must say that "why has it taken so long for this to come around?" I'm hoping that we never see the old paper process again. Thanks Eric! We would definitely recommend McCarthy Lees Summit as a place to receive great customer service and get "your" deal on a new Chevy! More

I've drove fords for 30 years and this will be my first chevy it's more than I thought I could get with my credit. Thanks guys More
Dishonest My wife stopped at this dealership when the serpentine belt on her car broke. She was told that the A/C pulley was bent and that caused the belt to c My wife stopped at this dealership when the serpentine belt on her car broke. She was told that the A/C pulley was bent and that caused the belt to come off. She asked if they could replace the pulley and was told "NO" it couldn't be done. They gave her a written quote to replace the A/C compressor and belt for $1186.00 plus tax. She called me and I told her to bring the car home, a short distance. Today we had it repaired at a local shop. The pulley was OK and what remained of the belt was worn and cracked, the probable cause of the break in the first place. The cost of the repair was less than $30 for the belt and .5 hrs. labor. So for less than $100 the car is repaired. And the a/c pulley can be replaced if needed. What a dishonest service department this place has, so be careful so you don't get scammed as well. Shame on McCarthy Chevrolet for this unethical practice. BTW, I didn't mention the service advisors name in my review, but he did charge her $65.00 for lying to her. More

Honest Service I have a 2012 chevy sonic i bought from another dealership and i had been taking it to that dealership for general service, but 1 time i got a recall I have a 2012 chevy sonic i bought from another dealership and i had been taking it to that dealership for general service, but 1 time i got a recall in the mail and called them to have everything scheduled and they wound up dropping the ball big time they set me up an appointment only to tell me after i showed up to drop it off that they didnt have my parts and wouldnt have them for awhile and that they forgot to call me. That is the day i said good bye and hello to McCarthy, they are closer to my house and i decided to give them a shot on my recall and it very well for a first experience. and so after that i decided to take my car back again for regular maintenace and well here we are 4 years later. i keep taking it here because these guys and gals are friendly, I am pretty sure by now i have dealt with at least every member of their service team as i don't have anyones personal extension there and just call the dealership and get whoever they send me too. They are honest and tell you what GM recommends you have done to your car and dont push you into it, that's one thing i hate is when you feel like you have to get something done to your car because the advisor says so. i have told them no a few times here and they were ok with that and got me on my way. I used to get these printouts after having service of what may or may not need to be done to my car and they were color coated red, green, yellow but for some reason they stopped i havent seen one in like a year i miss those but that's just something little.One last thing i do like the every 10 oil changes the next one is free i have not seen that from a dealership before that's a nice little touch, however the preferred member key chain cards you get if you signup for their loyalty program thing stink because they faded out way to fast and you can't read the numbers anymore i have 3 of them 1 lasted 10 months and the other only lasted like 6 months now im not sure if you really need them or not but still just having it there and knowing your a preferred customer is a nice little reminder. I have yet to a buy a car from this dealership which is why im writing this review because i am becoming interested in getting a different car so i have been using this site to check on the dealerships with the most satisfaction and im glad to see this place isn't at the bottom. I i think i may have found the deal of a lifetime at another dealership on the car im looking at but if that doesnt work i think i might try McCarthy's sales team and see how i get treated. More
