My Focus Experience I had bought a 2015 Fusion new. I ended up driving it into flooded waters in the beginning of August of this year. My car wasn't paid off but Dave wa I had bought a 2015 Fusion new. I ended up driving it into flooded waters in the beginning of August of this year. My car wasn't paid off but Dave was able to get me into a new Focus before my insurance & the GAP insurance paid off my other car. More

Mixed I didn't like that my salesman couldn't negotiate anything with me without first having to walk away from me and go talk to the sales and finance mana I didn't like that my salesman couldn't negotiate anything with me without first having to walk away from me and go talk to the sales and finance manager. I told them I needed a vehicle and they promptly took advantage of that but that's my fault. I ended up paying about $7,000 more for my car than the average country wide price of the car. However I don't solely blame Webber Harris. I should have done more research for myself. Nate charged me $3,700 for a 5 year warranty and when I told him I could get it for $2,200 at another place he refused to lower the amount, and if I cancelled, said he wouldn't redo any paperwork so my payment would stay the same anyway. Now I did by the car used (a 2016) but 2 months after having the car, some clear coat started to peel, best they'll do is pay half the bill which still leaves me with a $250 bill to fix something I shouldn't have to. If you don't know anything about buying cars, don't go here, if you have some experience, you should be fine. More

To our surprise, We were approved for a 2016 focus We walked into Weber Harris looking for a 2015 Ford focus hatchback... And walked out very pleased. Great Experience, communication and most of all- NO SURPRISES when it came time to sign document Finally able to make a deal with a local Auto Dealer. Great Experience, communication and most of all- NO SURPRISES when it came time to sign documents- even was able to get the additional warranty that no one was aware of until I ask for which was a warranty on emissions for up to 150,000 miles/84 months. Extra Warranty was very reasonably priced and a terrific salesman. Really enjoyed ALL the salesmen there- very friendly. Was one of the best experiences ever at a dealership AND Proud to say it was a local one. More
