I found a nice explorer 22 I drove it twice it had a vibration (minor) and the cup holder was apart. Mad the deal. Ask them to have those issues fixed 4 days later we arrived to buy it check in hand. Failed my inspection due to breaks being “seized” after only having them for 8 months. Took to another shop and they stated my breaks were fine. This same thing happened last year. If they repaired a door, cleaned and inspected the truck I would purchase it for $15,000 if it met my approval. It did, barely. Service is unreliable, disappointing. My wife purchased a car from Weber Harris in '15. They were to give us free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. I was very upset to learn that M My wife purchased a car from Weber Harris in '15. They were to give us free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. I was very upset to learn that McCandless Ford refuses to honor this. I will never buy here again for that reason. Also, we currently are having the same vehicle repaired and the service person (Mike) told me the car would be done Tuesday. I now learned that the car won't be done until at least Friday and I won't be surprised if its later than that. VERY UPSETTING TO DEAL WITH! More
