Michael Bastos is an OUTSTANDING Sales Manager with a fantastic personality! My son and I went to Mazda of South Charlotte an half hour before closing and Michael inquired about the model car and access fantastic personality! My son and I went to Mazda of South Charlotte an half hour before closing and Michael inquired about the model car and accessories my son was interested in. We told Michael we would come back and Michael told my son he would make him a deal that he could not refuse. We went back to Mazda of South Charlotte a couple of days later to get an estimate on the car he wanted. Instead of getting an estimate, Michael made it possible for my son (who is a college student) to purchase a brand new 2012 Mazda3 Touring with all of the accessories he desired. My son took the car home with him that same day. Originally, we spoke with salesmen at other Mazda dealerships. However, the deals the other dealerships offered could not compare to the deal Michael gave my son. The price was unbelievable! I will tell everyone I know to speak with Michael Bastos when you are considering buying a car. Michael keeps his promise of customer satisfaction. I plan on buying my next car from Michael Bastos at Mazda of South Charlotte. We sincerely appreciate all Michael’s help and we are totally happy with the brand new 2012 Mazda3 Touring. More

My wife and I had been looking for a crossover suv for awhile, we finally decided to check out the CX-7. we love our 6 and we thought we would give Mazda a try again. when we were finally ready to buy, Mi awhile, we finally decided to check out the CX-7. we love our 6 and we thought we would give Mazda a try again. when we were finally ready to buy, Mike worked very hard to get everything taken care of and to schedule a time to have our accessories installed. unfortunately, we had personal issues with the car we purchased, (the CX-7 is a great car, it just was not right for us), so we went back to the dealership to see if we could possibly find something else, or get back our money and trade. everybody at the dealership immediately acknowledged us and were determined to make us happy. Mike took us out on the lot to see if anything else would fit. my wife became very interested in the Mazda 5, so Mike got the keys to a nice one and sent us out on our own for an extended test drive to make sure we would be happy. we were very happy with the 5 and wanted to see the options on the lot. this was on the Monday of the week of Thanksgiving, and we had our tired 1 year old with us, and it was pouring down rain. Mike was running around in the rain bringing different trim options up for us, the other salespeople and there receptionist were happily keeping our son happy. Mike and the sales manager gave us a great deal on the 5, and bent over backwards to make us happy. not many dealerships will be willing to take a new car back, and even fewer would give such a great deal on another car, and work so hard to make people so happy on such short notice. if you need a good car that is reliable and fun to drive, go see Mike Rithamel at Mazda of South Charlotte. We purchased a 2011 Mazda Miata at this dealership. We were very pleased with the buying experience. Mike was really fun to work with and was very accomodating to all our needs and expectations. Our Miata had some power issues and it was towed to this dealership, it was fixed within less than half a day while we were there to pick it up, we spoke with Mike and with the Sales Manager Ryan. They cleaned the vehicle for us before we took it home. More

Mike Basto's was very easy to work with. Great personality, read exactly what I wanted to accomplish and made the purchase enjoyable. From the moment I walked into the dealership it was a very satisfying experience. I reached in the evening around 7 pm after work. Kudos to him for locating the car in the limited 2011 inventory and for coordinating with the other dealer to immediately lock down on the car. All this happened well past the normal store time. The car had almost all the accessories which I was looking for and they agreed to add the remaining ones into the car to my surprise. The pricing negotiations went well and I am happy that I could get a deal in the price range that I had researched and thought was a good one for this trim over the last couple of months. What the great pricing allowed me was that I was able to avail some of the good extended warranty packages. The deal was closed at 930pm in the night and I was out of the place after signing on the dotted line by 1015 pm. I would also like to thank the finance team for working with me on the documents and for answering all my questions. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Over the course of the last 3 months I have been searching for a new vehicle. I have previously driven cars passed down from my parents, so as a first time car buyer this was a new process for me. searching for a new vehicle. I have previously driven cars passed down from my parents, so as a first time car buyer this was a new process for me. After searching many dealerships, I became interested in the new Mazda CX-7. I began searching the inventory of CX-7’s in Charlotte and found one I was attracted to at Mazda of South Charlotte. I normally do not write reviews, however I was beyond impressed with the service I received from the new Mazda of South Charlotte dealership. I dealt directly with Chris Burrill and the General Manager Kris Ross. They were able to help me find the perfect CX-7 with all the options I specified. Unfortunately for me, I don’t have the best credit and had to have my father co-sign for my vehicle. For convenience purposes, they even drove the paperwork to his place of employment for him to sign. They have a great sales staff at this dealership; I was provided with excellent service and will most certainly look to them for my next purchase. I recommend using Mazda of South Charlotte! More
