And I will NEVER be back. We mostly worked with Hash. He told us multiple things about the car that were untrue. Luckily, my husband had done a lot of research so he knew what was true/what wasn’t. He was very pushy and I felt he ignored everything I said. After some back and forth, an insulting first offer and eventually getting to our target goal, we leased a 2016 CX-5 and I truly wish we had visited other dealers before doing so. I signed a form saying they could pull the title from my trade in and they never asked me to bring it in. Three days later, I had 2-3 different people calling me at work/on my cell multiple times. I was leading trainings all day and unable to answer/call back until after working hours. Finally, Jamie emailed me and we set a time for Friday afternoon for me to bring in the title. The next day, I was off-site for most of the day. I saw I had missed calls/texts/emails from Hash saying there was an emergency. Then, I received a call from a co-worker saying Hash in my office waiting for me… He was told I wouldn’t be back for hours, but proceeded to sit in my office for close to 4 hours waiting- attempting to sell cars to the secretary… In the meantime, another person from Mazda called a different line at my work (instead of my direct line) asking to speak to me saying I owed them paperwork “like yesterday” and being rude to my co-workers. When I arrived back, Hash asked if I had my title. I did not, so he had me sign the same form saying they could pull the title themselves. My husband called Mazda to ask them to remove Hash from my office and never received a return call from his manager. That night, he went to the dealership to complain and the manager said he never received his message. He also told him that since they would pull the title, it would cost $100 and that Hash had told me this prior to signing. He absolutely did NOT tell me this or I wouldn’t have signed it. The next day he received an email apologizing, “waiving” the $100 and giving us a free tank of gas/detail for my car. Jamie reached out to me again that Thursday asking if I was still coming by Friday. I explained what happened, he apologized saying no one had told him and he also offered me the gas/detailing. I LOVE my Mazda (as does my husband) but we will absolutely never return to this dealership – we’ll take our business to Keffer or Independence when we’re ready to trade again. More

From all other negative reviews I have seen here and on other review sites, I am quite certain that there will be a faux accommodating response apologizing for the experience and offering to make it right (as yet one more practice to appeal to human nature giving them the benefit of the doubt). Was in the market for a new car CX5 Grand Touring. Was met outside my salesman, Moe Bedwan. Moe was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. He was there to help me picked out the car I wanted. He showed me features and items that I truly valued in the vehicle. Moe worked with me on the price. The finance manager was wonderful and extremely helpful in getting me a new vehicle. Definitely the WOW factor with every single employee! I will be going back to continue to purchase new vehicles from Moe and this dealership. First class! More

Horrible experience I had an overall grotesquely negative experience. I spoke with one of their employees on the phone, confirmed the price on a certified preowned mazda I had an overall grotesquely negative experience. I spoke with one of their employees on the phone, confirmed the price on a certified preowned mazda so we could get a check from our bank, informing the rep that this will be a four hour drive, confirming cost, details, and a few other questions, then requested email confirmation or a call that the car didnt sell, and that our terms would be agreeable. Next day, no call, no email returned from this dealership. So I called, spoke to the rep from the prior night, she hadn't really..done anything. At all. And deflected when I asked her if she had checked on anything. So next day we drove four hours round trip with check in hand, only to be greeted with surprise charges that started as reconditioning fees, then came back on paper as inspection/certification fees, and got the almighty bargain bin run around after these new fees. These weren't mentioned over the phone. And it's something worth mentioning if the customer tells the rep that they are getting a check printed, with consideration taken to the other dealership fees, tax, etc. Guess what? We got in our car, scraped up the funds to purchase the car at the newly inflated yet agreed upon price...and five minutes after we sat down to do so.... "so sorry the guy that approved that left, we can't do this price anymore. We can do this nicely higher price here." Turned around, walked out. So many hours wasted for me and my significant other. More

This was great timing considering that i owed 6500 on my jetta when it was only worth 4000. When i walked in scott matched me with Carlos and said he will take care of you. Carlos did every bit of taking care of me and my needs and wants in a vehicle. Unfortuntly my credit score isnt thay great and i was upside down on my at the time current vehicle. We originally looked at the 2015 cx-5, it was my original goal to get a compact suv but after sending in the deal it was going to be way out of my price range monthly, they worked and attempted to tweek the deal in every way possible to get it to work for me, they dropped the price of the car drastically and even added 3 thousand more than my trade in was worth. I was unsure with the deal so they suggested we look at something smaller. Carlos did a great job of explaining the pros, cons, advantages, monthly gas cost and any future mechanical cost i would be looking at. At no point did i feel like i was being taken advantage of, carlos was concerned with my very concerns and this made the process much more pleasureable and stress free for a young woman that in any other case would be taken advantage of. After about 6 hours of weighing out my options and being explained my range with my credit score in detail i decided to get the 2014 mazda 3, it had some of the good features i was looking for and was in a better price range for me. Paper work was a flash with chris and moe working as a team to get it done yet explaining it at the same time. They also didnt shove anything down our throat that was unnecessary which was appreciated. Also wanted to point out that Carlos is a saint, along with chris and moe as well i have a 2 year old daughter who is usually somewhat of a burden to someone trying to conduct business of course but carlos treated her like a princess letting her hold his phone to watch a clip from frozen and showering her with goodies like cookies and balloons. Our experince at mazda of south charlotte was great because of many factors and i will be sending everyone i know there because they can work out anything for anybody. Thanks for my new car mazda i LOVE it :)) More
Most. Dishonest. Dealership. Ever. Ended up purchasing a MazdaSpeed3 here without doing enough research. Later found out I paid a good 4k more than I should have. Ok, so what dealership *wouldn't* take advantage of someone who didn't do their research if they found one. Since I purchased, I've been spammed by mail and phone, especially after I take the car in for service, asking if I want to buy another car. Really? I haven't even put 25k miles on the first one and I keep telling them I'll only purchase when the next MazdaSpeed is released. Give it a break! Most recent development? They send a scratch off flyer saying you can win $25k. Now I know these are usually scams but I don't see any fine print so I bite. I scratch off and win. Yay? Still skeptical I call and they say hurry on in to get my prize. I hurry on in and they say I didn't win (of course) but I can have a buffalo coin as a consolation prize. I refuse the coin and the idiots proceed to try to push a car on me. I say I'm not buying because they don't have a new MazdaSpeed. I talk to a manager and ask to speak to the owner and he takes my number and promises an owner will call. No call. I'm in the area the next week and drop by to talk to an owner. Same thing. I call the next Saturday and verify an owner is there, drive over and ... sorry, an owner is unavailable. Seriously the rudest most dishonest dealership ever. SPREAD THE WORD! More
