Roy was amazing but horrible service from service I bought a 2012 dodge a little more than a month ago, Roy the sales guy was amazing, very helpful, but shortly after i bought the car I started having I bought a 2012 dodge a little more than a month ago, Roy the sales guy was amazing, very helpful, but shortly after i bought the car I started having problems with it not starting,, Abe replaced the battery, and i left, it was a little more than a week later, I started having problems again, I contacted Roy, he asked me to bring it in and I did, after setting there for a while, they let me know that they needed to send my car to a dodge dealership, and they had my car for about a week, but did not find anything wrong. i picked it up, and it was doing good for a bout a week, and then started doing the same thing again. I am not asking for anything special, and I understand that some times cars break down, but it has had to be jumped 15 times total, and that is not counting the jump that they gave it on the day i took it for a test drive, but they assured me that it was because someone left a light on... If only I knew then what I know now. Now I don't know what to do. I do have a warranty, but they don't cover a rental car so I hope that Power is happy with themselves selling a hard working person a car and not standing behind it.... More
Not very pleasant You can tell there is a lot of tension in the office between the parts guy & the service guys. You would be hard pressed to paint a smile on Peter the parts guy (pretty arrogant). A lot of friction between he and Abe. Not a comfortable visit. I think they need a team meeting. Although they did take care of my recall issue promptly and I appreciated the free car wash. More
The Service Advisor diagnosed, after a test ride, the whining noise heard was due to a defective air conditioner. The work was performed as noted on Invoice K1CS139292 at a total of $664.65, paid on 4/3 whining noise heard was due to a defective air conditioner. The work was performed as noted on Invoice K1CS139292 at a total of $664.65, paid on 4/3/13. Subsequently, on another test ride, when the whining news noise did not abate, another Service Advisor diagnosed the nose as "cupping" resulting of tire anomalies. On a third test ride by the second Service Adviser, the diagnosis was revised to an "unknown" defect. We asked for a refund of the charges on the noted invoice for work done on the air conditioner only. The whining noise persists. Power Mazda Kia refused to refund the charges. I believe their conduct was negligent and further, a knowing case of elder mistreatment since I am 74 years old. The air conditioner was in good working order and that fact was known to the Service Manager. Upon receiving the vehicle, they should have advised me that the whining noise was not due to a malfunction of the air conditioner. I have had other work done by Power Mazda Kia, and found no problems with their service. More
Stopped by for first service on vehicle purchased here with Steve's help. Was a great visit with a friendly face and I talked with Steve at length while my car was serviced. He is a great representative with Steve's help. Was a great visit with a friendly face and I talked with Steve at length while my car was serviced. He is a great representative of the company. I am looking forward to my next service date so I can visit with him again. I may not need to wait that long because he also told me about some great accessories for sale thru the dealership which will make my Mazda 3 even better for us. Keep up the terrific job! More
