I purchased my used Mazda6 from another dealership, who knew nothing about Mazda products. I came to this dealership with a rattle under the car and a broken center console latch. Brandon went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered,then set me up with Aaron who went over the set up and use of my bluetooth. This was extremely helpful as I did not receive an owner's manual. This has been one of the best experiences I have had with a service department, and look forward to a long future with them. I bought my Mazda Tribute from CarMax just up the street from Mazda of Roswell. I purchased an extended warranty on it at the same time. Two months later I brought my vehicle back to CarMax with a problem. After they looked at it, they couldn't determine the cause of the problem so they referred me to this Mazda dealership. Working with Jonathan & Brandon was a true pleasure. They took care of me and my car as if I had bought my car there and like we were old friends. They quickly determined the cause of the problem (a problem with the gear shift)with my car. They also found 2 small oil leaks and determined that my gas mileage would increase with a new fuel filter. And since all of this was determined to should have been discovered prior to my purchasing the vehicle from CarMax, Jonathan got on the phone and had CarMax pick up all the charges that the warrenty didn't cover. Since they would need to keep the car overnight, they put me in a rental ... also picked up by CarMax. And when I came back to pick my car up, the mechanic (I forget his name) was waiting for me to answer any questions I might have for him and to tell me that I had purchased a very good car. They all have made me a believer in their commitment to their work. I only wish I lived closer to them so that I could use them for all my service. But that 80-mile round trip is a bit much for an oil change! More

I couldn't ask for a better service manager than Jonathan Hardman. He and his team (Allen!) have always gone the extra mile for me, and they've done so with positive attitudes and quality work. I feel like they treat my vehicle's needs as if they owned it. They're always keeping me involved with the discovery, estimate, and repair cost and time. They make me feel like I'm a partner in the process, which I greatly appreciate. I would rate this dealership as the most satisfying I've ever had regarding car repair, and having owned 10 cars or so in my 44 years, I've been to many throughout several states. I am new to the Atlanta metro-area and I went to Mazda of Roswell for routine maintained on our 2005 RX-8. I had made an appointment, and when I told the service rep, Jonathan, I was here for my 8:30 appoin Roswell for routine maintained on our 2005 RX-8. I had made an appointment, and when I told the service rep, Jonathan, I was here for my 8:30 appointment, he referred to me by name – very impressive. What I need was done in a timely manner and I was out the door after a short wait. During my waiting time the service manager even stoped by to introduce himself. From the inital contact to the final p[ay out, all the staff I came incontact with, were open and friendly,and the place was super clean. Mazda of Roswell will now be my official Mazda service center. More
Both Kirk and Brandon in sales were very helpful and didn't rip me off by trying to sell me filters that weren't necessary.
