I was greeted by Stephanie who quickly explained everything and checked me in. The facility is undergoing refurbishment, so the waiting area was pretty basic (though it will be better after the redecorating is completed), but was still OK. The wait time was minimal and the car was quickly completed. Stephanie once again explained what had been done and I was on my way. Overall an efficient and simple process. More

What's even better is that Louis got me an even better deal than I ever expected by lowering my interest rate and getting a year shaved off my payments plus free oil changes and a extended warranty for my vehicle. Great Service I had been taking my car to the Dealer I purchased it from. They were not quite as accurate when it came to measuring tire tread and brake lining. I had been taking my car to the Dealer I purchased it from. They were not quite as accurate when it came to measuring tire tread and brake lining. The paperwork from the last visit showed that my brakes were in the yellow zone, so I made an appointment to have them replaced. My appointment was cancelled because of the snow storm, so when I called to reschedule they gave me an appointment very late in the day, so I declined. I paid a visit to Mazda of Roswell which is on my way home from work to schedule an appointment. They said they could take my car in right away. WOW. never expected that. (Divine Intervention). After they checked it out they told me I did not need new brakes, I still had ~10,000 miles of driving left, all I needed was a brake flush. Thank you Stephanie Johnson and Mazda of Roswell for your complete honesty, integrity and excellent customer service. You have a new customer. I am tempted to mention the name of that other dealership, but will refrain from that type of bad press. John even held a courtesy car for me on a busy Saturday when my '96 MX-5 developed some problems. Service was impeccable, staff friendly and professional, a pleasurable experience in every way. My Miata is back in tip-top shape, and the Full Circle Inspection gave me a heads up on what maintenance and services I need to plan to take care of in the near future. The only down side is that now I'm hankering for a Mazda 6 after driving one as a courtesy car - very sly Mazda of Roswell! More

She literally took care of everything for me -from my frantic call to get a tow truck, arranging a courtesy car (that would accommodate my large family) and all the rest of the details all the way down to picking up my car after service was completed. Her communication was excellent. and my repairs were handled in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I appreciate all the hard work done by the service department to get me back on the road again! More
