From the first call to the service dept. to let them know I was on my way to the pickup of my fixed car, everyone I spoke or interacted with was helpful! I want to give a shout out to Nick who was the technician that did the repair - he is GREAT. Very communicative, and I can tell he loves what he does, just a great person to work with. Also a shout out to Connor who helped me with setting up a loaner car and answered my questions - I appreciate the help! Thank you to the entire team, I hope I won't be back for service any time soon (!) but if I do, I know I will be in good hands. More

Something is wrong with the electrical system. Nothing was found and I am uncomfortable with that. Then they didn’t even clean my car. Excellent and quick 5,000 mile check-up. Took me at the appointed time and indicated it would take about an hour. Completed 1 minute before the hour was up. Car was cl 5,000 mile check-up. Repair a recall on my Mazda 6 The service was good and the rental was awesome (Miata). When I picked up my vehicle there was grayish goop on the inside of my windshield. I initia The service was good and the rental was awesome (Miata). When I picked up my vehicle there was grayish goop on the inside of my windshield. I initially thought it was on the outside. When I tried to clean it off it was sticky and smeared. I figure it must be some sort of adhesive used in replacing the dashboard panel. Not happy I have to clean my car, after having it serviced at the dealership. Would have expected the mechanic to clean his mess before releasing the car back to the customer. My car was always clean when I picked the car up for past services. I also requested the car be checked as I am coming up on 100K miles. When I picked up my car, nothing was mentioned about the inspection or recommended service for a 100K mileage. This is the closest dealership to me or I may consider going elsewhere. More
