A simple oil change ...didn't begin well. I changed my appointment over the phone & well I rolled up they couldn't find it. No problem, they graciously changed my oil any ...didn't begin well. No big deal, except: 1) the service advisor who couldn't find my appointment came back to me later to say the problem had been found (software issue) and a ticket would be opened to get it fixed. That demonstrates a real dedication to problem-solving, which is what you need when you bring your car in for service. What's more, this reassured me that they sweat the details when it comes to customer engagement - they didn't want me to walk out the door with the impression that they were not in control of and concerned with the entire customer experience. Yeah, they _so_ get me. 2) I've had a recurring & intermittent problem that is annoying but not incapacitating. We've worked hard to solve it but no luck. The service advisor asked me if the problem had recurred since my last visit and even though I am tired of chasing a minor annoyance, I had to be truthful and answer yes. That prompted the service manager to come over & introduce himself, then arrange to schedule a return visit to go after the annoyance one more time - with a loaner while they look at it. Why? Because they hold to the belief that technical problems have technical solutions & won't give up! Stuff like this maintains my respect for Mazda & Mazda of Roswell at the near-stratospheric level. 3) I actually found myself smiling as I left...even though it was a simple oil change. Here's to every time things have gone perfectly (and therefore forgettably) on a service visit...and I'm satisfied that when things don't go smoothly (and therefore forgettably), this team is doing their utmost to keep me satisfied. More

John did not run any diagnostics because the system started working fine but the problem still came back and I think It would’ve been better if they had atleast run a diagnosis on it since it’s a brand new car and issues like this is not acceptable. The Service Here Is Always EXCELLENT !!!!! When I first came Roswell Mazda to purchase a car, I received impeccable service from start to finish. Basil in Financing was very informative, gave me the best deal possible, and put me in a fully loaded beautiful late model vehicle, as well was always being accessible. I had to purchase another car quickly thereafter, because the first car was involved in an accident and was deemed a total loss. At that point, I had the extreme pleasure of working with Louis Safdie. He stepped in where Basil left off, moved my deal quickly and thoroughly through financing, and closed the deal with my lender within three (3) days. For this I was very grateful. Mr. Safdie was very modest about his assistance, when in actuality he pushed this deal through within the time limit I had the rental car through the insurance before I had to begin to pay out of pocket. The next person of management I had the pleasure of dealing with Aaron. I was promised particular items (additional key and navigational chip) from Basil, and Aaron really came through with getting those matters dealt with swiftly, and at no cost to me. I cannot speak highly enough about Nicholas. He went above and beyond when I had to bring my vehicle back for the installation of the chip, I received a loaner car (without charge). I also want to point out that my car was returned to me FULLY DETAILED. I was very, very, unexpected and I again never received this type of service. My car has been serviced a few additional times and Nicholas has always dealt with me personally with all the scheduling, contacting the warranty company, and all other issues in regards to my vehicle. He is super personable and always meets you with a smile. I regret that it took me so long to write this letter of appreciation and would like to state that anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle needs to know that this staff works together seamlessly in the most professional, courteous, and cordial manner. I have never, ever, had this type of positive car buying experience in all of my years of purchasing cars. Thank you all again for your efficient and professional service. I will purchase ALL future vehicles, as well as referring friend and family to Roswell Mazda. More
