Slow Responsiveness It took 2 months to get an appointment scheduled. Ended up reaching out to Bobby Mack for assistance, who didn’t get credit for the sale. I dropped off the car, with permission, the night before. At 3pm, I called to get a status — no call before my reaching out. Then, I had to call again at 4:30 because I still did not have a status. When I finally picked up the car, it would have been nice if they washed it — not sure how they fixed the scratch without washing it, but they took the time to show me the horsefly in my grill rather than clean it out. More

Great customer service I was able to schedule an appointment in two days which is much sooner than expected. The remodeled center looks awesome! good service, noticed incorrect statement on bill Car was serviced in a timely manner. Requested a particular airbag is be addressed and it was taken care of. However I did notice on the service she Car was serviced in a timely manner. Requested a particular airbag is be addressed and it was taken care of. However I did notice on the service sheet that "customer said battery was dead." This statement was not true. I would be concerned that the service department took it upon themselves to check the battery but used this false statement to do so. Not a good thing to do. Always will be checking my bill. More
