All day affair While I’m satisfied with work that was done, what I wasn’t thrilled about was dropping off my car a week after my scheduled 8:30am appt, only to find While I’m satisfied with work that was done, what I wasn’t thrilled about was dropping off my car a week after my scheduled 8:30am appt, only to find out they didn’t have the rear brake pads in stock and had them shuttled over from somewhere else. 9 hours later, late for an evening meeting I was paying for my service over the phone and having the courtesy car pick up my wife, since I was hustling over in her car to go to my meeting. Just seemed like a lot of extra drama for a set of rear pads, especially since they knew I was coming in a week earlier. Maybe just coordinate with parts & service based on scheduled appointments. More
