We are sorry we couldn't supersede Mazda's decision as requested but I see that one of those employees impressed you to contact Mazda Customer Experience to voice your concern and even contacted them multiple times on your behalf. Because of that they opened your closed case and has resulted in a better response from Mazda regarding your concern. Hopefully, that shows our intent and commitment to help you with your concern.
