We are so pleased with Elysia and Mazda of Roswell. I knew the dealership had a person to do touch ups on cars they brought into sell so I called Elysia; explained what happened; asked if she could help. To my amazement, they could! Their touch up person did a fantastic job, looks brand new, for a reasonable price. I cannot thank Elysia Razek, our sales agent, Keith Thomas, sales manager, and John Carney, service manager, enough for all working together to make this happen! My husband was devastated and is now ecstatic with the results! . More

I took my Mazda to another dealership to diagnose a check engine light. The service advisor told me a computer module was failing and it would cost 2,500.00 to repair. I decided to take the car to Maz check engine light. The service advisor told me a computer module was failing and it would cost 2,500.00 to repair. I decided to take the car to Mazda of Roswell for a second opinion. John O'Brien had the car checked out and said the module was indeed failing but the repair would be covered under warranty saving me several thousand dollars. More

I drive a half hour out of my way to avoid multiple bad experiences from another Mazda dealership in Marietta in order to go to Mazda of Roswell -- TRUST ME on the bad experience issue -- I know its always experiences from another Mazda dealership in Marietta in order to go to Mazda of Roswell -- TRUST ME on the bad experience issue -- I know its always "complicated." A really good experience at Mazda of Roswell with people who I believe I can trust. The only thing I would criticize is something that's been mentioned elsewhere and that's the relative unavailability of service appointments...sometimes for weeks at a time the calendar is booked, so you might not be able to take your car in for 3 weeks at tahe time that you try to create your booking. That's not practical...and it could steer me away from the Mazda brand if dealer service just isn't normally available without a 3-4 week leadtime. Something -- not sure what -- needs to be done about that. More

An Oil Change--we can schedule you for 3-weeks!?!?! 3-Weeks! Me: My car is burning oil at 10-months old. Mazda: We know the turbos are burning oil. Me: What's Mazda planning to do about it? Mazda: Don't know. I like my car but would NOT recommend this dealership at all to anyone! Shameful! More
