I've been bad about remembering to leave a review for Mazda of Roswell, and this is my first one. Everything I'm about to say here can be applied to every service visit I've had. Between routine maintenance, and having little things checked out, I've had maybe six or seven visits. Nothing has ever gone wrong with the car, I just am a little paranoid and brought the car in a few times to be checked out. I'll get right to the point: This is quite simply the absolute finest service department I've ever dealt with, and this is my 10th new car, including a couple of BMWs and a Porsche, so I've been around a dealership or two. I'm from New York City (moved to Atlanta in 2019) and I'm one of those impatient people who isn't easy to please. Well, the people in the service department are flawless. I wish I could hire people as good as they do there. Everything they do at Mazda of Roswell is top notch. Pick any criteria...professionalism, attention to detail, punctuality, keeping commitments...I could go on and on. I won't even bother considering a different dealership for my next Mazda. More
Awesome experience as always! Keep up the good work! Only problem I see is the long waiting time during service. So if customer can get a courtesy car for 2 hrs then the time can be utilized.
