Car is not a year old! Had two instances of key fob Car is not a year old! Had two instances of key fob issues with the car not starting in one of them. Took the car in and Service called to say no cod Car is not a year old! Had two instances of key fob issues with the car not starting in one of them. Took the car in and Service called to say no codes were found so they could not do anything but if it happens again to call. I'd like the owners cell number so I can call him or her when I'm stranded somewhere. They can come pick me up!! OIl change done but the monitor system was not updated to reflect that it was done. I pulled the dipstick to ensure they really did change the oil. No clue if the tires were rotated. On the drop off envelope I requested the free car wash, as you can guess that was not done either. I have wasted time making two trips to the dealership without having my issue corrected. Plus the time off work and I will have to do it again at the next fob failure. This experience makes me wonder if I made the right choice in buying a vehicle from these people. More
