I hated the whole process of buying a vehicle and had to put up with very annoying people from other dealerships. Aaron was a breath of fresh air---knowledgeable, never pushy or short. Brought the car (2006 Miata) in for service: oil change, tire rotation and battery check/replacement. Was advised that battery checked-out good and did not need replacement. They are always on the ball, helpful, and only make necessary recommendations for filters or othe scheduled maintenance items. They also do a great job helping me pick up any discounts due to the fact I purchased it there. I highly recommend the entire dealership from Sales to Service. They are all helpful but not pushy. We purchased a new Mazda CX5 and could not be happier so far. The best part of the experience was that on our first visit, a week before our purchase, we were allowed to walk out of the dealership to "t far. It took us a week to figure out our finances, and then we returned to actually buy the car. Lee Fritts walked us through the new car details, and answered all of our questions, and Jennifer helped us with all of the paper work...Everyone we spoke with was nice and very helpful. More

I actually had my car towed from Macon (5 Star Mazda) to Mazda of Roswell just so I could get a solid answer from Jonathan about what was wrong with the car. It was well worth it! More
I didn't buy a car from this dealership, but I sure wanted to. We ultimately decided on a Ford Flex--it was just a better fit for our family. However, my experience with everyone at Mazda Roswell was wonderful! I met with sales person Aaron twice. Both times he has personable, knowledgeable, and low-pressure. Manager Sheldon gave me a very fair quote on my trade, and was respectful of my time. Finance Manager Mac was a pleasure to work with. The only reason I give four stars instead of five is that I don't feel I can accurately assess what it's like to buy a car from them. I did get as far as picking out a specific VIN and working out financing. More
Aaron is very knowledgeable about Mazdas and really isn't high pressure. I hated paying retail for the cx-5, but he was more than accomodating. I think of him as a possible great friend.
