I went to this dealership looking for a Mazda 5 van and quickly changed my mind to the Mazda CX-5. Both were test driven with Aaron helping me out. Jonathan worked with my warranty provider to ensure that my repair was covered. It took numorus calls,the repair was covered at zero cost to me. Just yesterday I purchased my third car from Aaron. I have worked with him since 2007. I asked the service guys (at this dealership) which salesman they would recommend and they told me AARON! Aaron listens to what you want and does his best to help fit you to a car. I have upsided and then downsided and Aaron has really worked hard to get me a good deal each time. He is helpful but not pushy and honest. I would recommend him to either first time car buyers or experienced car buyers. More
I couldn't ask for a better service manager than Jonathan Hardman. He and his team (Allen!) have always gone the extra mile for me, and they've done so with positive attitudes and quality work. They make me feel like I'm a partner in the process, which I greatly appreciate. I would rate this dealership as the most satisfying I've ever had regarding car repair, and having owned 10 cars or so in my 44 years, I've been to many throughout several states. I am new to the Atlanta metro-area and I went to Mazda of Roswell for routine maintained on our 2005 RX-8. I had made an appointment, and when I told the service rep, Jonathan, I was here for my 8:30 appoin Roswell for routine maintained on our 2005 RX-8. I had made an appointment, and when I told the service rep, Jonathan, I was here for my 8:30 appointment, he referred to me by name – very impressive. What I need was done in a timely manner and I was out the door after a short wait. During my waiting time the service manager even stoped by to introduce himself. From the inital contact to the final p[ay out, all the staff I came incontact with, were open and friendly,and the place was super clean. Mazda of Roswell will now be my official Mazda service center. More
Both Kirk and Brandon in sales were very helpful and didn't rip me off by trying to sell me filters that weren't necessary. I have been getting my 05' RX-8 serviced at Mazda of Roswell for the last five years. I have always had good experiences with the Service Department there. I only let Corey work on my car, he does exact Roswell for the last five years. I have always had good experiences with the Service Department there. I only let Corey work on my car, he does exactly what I ask and always does a great job! Jonathan and Brandon are always friendly and courteous as is Kirk. As long as I own this car I will only let Mazda of Roswell work on my car. I have been to other dealers and they always mess something up or forget to do something. I give Mazda of Roswell a great rating because they pay attention to details and are friendly. I work out of my car for a living so it is very important to me that my car is always road-worthy, thanks to Corey and the crew at this dealership. More
