I am sorry for your experience. As we discussed when I contacted you I can not find any record of this interaction. Since we did not actually submit you to Mazda they may have been addressing the fact that you were a first time buyer which normally disqualifies you from the incentivised financing program. If you were taking a rebate that could not be combined with the incentivised financing you would have had the choice to take either promotion based on your preference. As you stated to me we were the lower price but you would have still been able to decide. I wish you would have contacted me as I am the representative for the TrueCar program. I am familiar with the pricing you have received and the programs used. Often the normal sales people are not familiar with this and it can lead to confusion at the pricing stage. My goal in the Internet department is to streamline the process and make the experience quick and easy versus the normal long drawn out back and forth customers are used to in the showroom. I hope if you are in the market for a new vehicle in the future you will contact me directly. We are also the cheapest Mazda in town regarding service and I hope you will still consider coming here for your service needs if we are close to you.
