On Saturday we contacted a sales person by email and inquired about the vehicle. The young lady was helpful and prompt to return our email. We were unable to come see the vehicle on the Saturday we asked about the car. The sales person asked about setting up a "VIP Appointment" to view the car. The dealership is closed on Sunday. After taking Monday off from work to go see the vehicle, we called the dealership first thing to ask if the car was still available. It was. So we set up the " VIP Appointment " to view the vehicle at 4pm that afternoon. We live 2 and a half hours away from the Atlanta area dealership so when I called first thing Monday morning I wanted to make sure that I had first crack at this car. I made it clear that I didn't want to drive over 120 miles and have the vehicle gone when I arrived. Furthermore I added that if the vehicle presented itself in person as it did from the on line pictures and description, that we would be bringing the vehicle home with us. The sales person put me on hold to clear it with her manager. She came back and told me that I was the first person to set up an appointment to view the car. She assured me that even if other appointments were made to see the car I would have first shot. I told her that we would arrive at 4pm. As we were driving to see the car, and about 20 minutes away having been on the road for 2 hours. I received a phone call to inform me that they had just sold the car I was en route to view. I couldn't believe it. The very thing I called to make sure didn't happen, did. I asked to speak to the Sales Manager about this. Instead I got the idiot Internet Manager. I was so angry about what transpired during our conversation, I forgot his name. Anyway, he said the "mix up" was all my fault. He started talking about I should have put a $5000 non-refundable deposit down on the car. I told him that I hadn't even seen the vehicle. Then he said that I should have bought the car over the phone to insure that no one else bought it. I have been buying cars for over 45 years and I have NEVER heard of anything like that before. I understand about leaving a deposit to hold the car, but NEVER $5000 and NEVER non-refundable. Then he said that the people who were buying the car hadn't "officially written them the check" and if I wanted to pay more for the car than the asking price agreed to by the other party, that he would "hold" the car if I paid either the $5000 non-refundable Deposit" or purchase the car over the phone while I was driving down the road. I couldn't believe it. After making me drive 120 miles for nothing, ignoring my VIP Appointment, screwing me out of the car, this dealership was perfectly willing to screw another customer at their dealership who was in the process of buying that vehicle just to make a few dollars more. After all this, I had to listen to the IDIOT Internet Manager tell me how all this was my fault. I did everything I was asked to do to try by this dealer to view this car. I made sure that this situation could be avoided by calling ahead and scheduling an appointment like I was asked. I even had things cleared by the Sales Manager, but to no avail. And to add insult to injury this dealership keeps contacting me about buying a car from them. Not a chance in xxxx. More
One of the many sales people I dealt with in hunting for my new Mazda 6 was thru Aaron Gillison, Jr,. This guy is the best car salesman I have ever known. From the moment i was car shopping online and co my new Mazda 6 was thru Aaron Gillison, Jr,. This guy is the best car salesman I have ever known. From the moment i was car shopping online and communicated with Aaron, every single email I sent to him was responded back to in a quick and professional manner. He was not only helpful in answering all the questions I asked him, but did so kindly and thoroughly. Even though I probably deserved for him to tell me to go elsewhere, he treated me with the highest regard and professionalism unmatched by any other sales person I've ever come across. He showed a sincere genuine interest in getting me the best possible Internet deal and never did try forcing me to call him. So many other sales people I was dealing with online tried hard to get me to call and did not want to waste there time with me via email. Many did not respond to my requests or took forever to get back with me. Not so with Aaron. He patiently stayed with me the whole way responding to all my many emails back and forth. If you want someone that wants the best for you in the purchase of your Mazda and will strive to do all he can to make it happen, please give Aaron a call and then ask to deal only with him from start to finish. Just look at all the other reviews for Aaron and you won't be disappointed! I've bought many new cars in my lifetime and dealing with Mr. Gillison was truly the best experience I've ever had in the purchase of a new car. Thank you Aaron! More
Keith Thomas, Joe Stabile, and his supervisor made my CX9 purchase sweatless. It was a seamless, no pressure, transparent and courteous experience. Keith's spirit sets you at ease. His patient manner disa purchase sweatless. It was a seamless, no pressure, transparent and courteous experience. Keith's spirit sets you at ease. His patient manner disarms every impulse to distrust by answering every question transparently, no matter how many you have. I wish I could remember everyone's names that I met that day; sadly, I do not recall them all but I appreciate everyone single one of them for working on my deal - - even those who just stopped by to say hello and to offer me something to drink. Very personable and hospitable place - - not something you see or expect from a car dealership. This is my 3rd Mazda purchase. Mazda puts out a great product. Mazda of Roswell is staffed with great people. I highly recommend Keith Thomas for your purchase. More
As a woman, you have to look out for those who attempt to take advantage of you by over charging and/or performing/not performing services. That is not my experience with Mazda of Roswell. Although I did n take advantage of you by over charging and/or performing/not performing services. That is not my experience with Mazda of Roswell. Although I did not purchase my CX7 from them in 2006, I have always brought it to them with few exceptions. I have the utmost confidence in their service and character. They've taken good care of me and my CX7 for a number of years now. I look forward to continuing my service relationship with them for my new CX9 (but I don't expect to see them very much). Mazda puts out a great product. Mazda of Roswell is staffed with great people. I highly recommend their service department. More
I purchased my fourth brand New Mazda since 2007 ! ,never had any problem with this dealership until now when i bought the CX-5 2014, you have to be very carefull when you buying the car and check very well had any problem with this dealership until now when i bought the CX-5 2014, you have to be very carefull when you buying the car and check very well the sticker on the car, because what is on the car dosnt have to be included. At least the salles person should tell you about it ! After i purchased the car they started removed the all season mats, all season trunk mats, cross bar railing from the roof and i ask why ,they just told me that wasnt included ! Anyway i purchased them anyway and spent another over $300. The car was bouncing and they said should be fine ,that is just because the car stayed on same spot for a while, i droved over 1000 mile and is the same, had to visit the service already 3 times and the result is still not solved. For the 6years i drove to the dealership for any maitance over 20 miles each way and now i just have one question for my self, WHY ? That was the worst buying experience in my life they even ad to my contract extended warranty for over $1800 without telling me and the service ? No reason to drive there anymore. Im sorry for my self because i trusted them for 6years so i believed im value customer for them but i guess im not! PS: even right after the service i relized some scratch on my car what i told the Mr. Mason and i just got answer: i do not know how that can happen !!! So why bother! More
Hi, everyone was very friendly and helpful in the purchase of my new Mazda. I told them upfront what I was trying to do and where I stood financially and they came back after running the numbers and purchase of my new Mazda. I told them upfront what I was trying to do and where I stood financially and they came back after running the numbers and financing one time and we made a deal. No messing around with can you pay this price or can you go up to this or any of that nonsense. They simply showed me what was possible for the vehicle I was buying and they got the number to a payment I told them I was comfortable making from the very beginning. No hassle, no headaches. We got to talking about Kansas basketball and KC Chiefs football as though we had know each other for ages. I'll be bringing a friend to visit them soon for his new car purchase. Regards, Shannon More
Aaron was very helpful with my car buying process. I contacted him via the Mazda of Roswell website to request a quote for the vehicle I was interested in, and he gave me his best price up front that be contacted him via the Mazda of Roswell website to request a quote for the vehicle I was interested in, and he gave me his best price up front that beat the other dealers I contacted. I went on a test drive with him, and his knowledge of the vehicle was unmatched because he has clearly spent a lot of time with these cars and owned a few himself. When someone believes in what they're selling enough to buy one, that goes a long way! I did have to wait a bit when I first got to the dealer for my appointment, but everyone else was helpful and the dealership itself is very nice and clean. Overall, it was a great experience and nothing like the horrible "stealership" stories you always hear about. More
Came in on a Sunday. Greeted with timeliness. Dan's service and advice was very good to get us in the vehicle of choice, cx-5. The finance department, Joseph, was great. Got us in and out in no time. D service and advice was very good to get us in the vehicle of choice, cx-5. The finance department, Joseph, was great. Got us in and out in no time. Didn't try to push more sales on us. Had an issue with the back seat, but they scheduled an appointment and took care of it, no waiting. As soon as I arrived, greeted, and vehicle taken care of. First time Mazda buyer, so far very pleased. Would recommend them to everyone. Thanks for the pleasant experience. More

I came to Mazda of Roswell looking for a new car. My Fiancee and I had just had our car totaled and needed a car. I had read about Mazdas online through various websites and heard about them through wor Fiancee and I had just had our car totaled and needed a car. I had read about Mazdas online through various websites and heard about them through word of mouth with Friends and co workers who owned them and everyone was giving them positive reviews. I first went to Jim Ellis in Marietta because it was close to home but I Did not like my experience their. They kept pushing me to buy a car that I didn't want, with options that I didn't need. I had a payment range I wanted to stay in and they where trying to exceed it by $100 dollars more a month. So I came to Mazda of Roswell and let me tell you It was the most wonderful experience I have had car shopping in a Long time. Dan met me and my Fiancee on the lot with a handshake and a smile. He greeted us as though we where friends and not a customers. He took my Fiancee and Myself inside of the dealership and asked us questions, lots of them. He wanted to know everything about why we needed a car, what we where looking for in a car, and what type of car we where looking for. He took us out on the lot and showed us several vehicles based on the info we gave him. He let us test drive the cars to get a feel for them, answering questions the whole way with a nice kind of professionalism. In the end we settled on a CX9 as it gave us the size, space, and versatility we needed for our family. He introduced us to Keith Thomas, Brandon Young in service, and even the owner. I would truely like to thank all of them for helping out with our car purchase and I would recommend them to anyone who was looking to buy a car, especially a Mazda. More
