After recieving pretty poor service in the area from other dealers, my expectations were very low. How ever, I found a unit on line and tried the chat option they offered. The young lady answered all of my questions, so I made an appointment and came in. I was greeted by the sales person who informed me that he would be assigned to help. (Anthony). Test drive A. Product Knowledge A. Customer Service A. I was Blown away. So I then met the managers and the good (GREAT) service continued. They offered me a great price and aggressive financing. I asked if they would allow me time to have my son, to come by and check out the car. He did and I was then ready to purchase. They blew me away with the friendly attitude a service. F&I. When it was time to sign papers and make decisions on warranty, I again was given great servivce. Quick and painless. Again, I was blown away. So I began to look for the other shoe to drop. This was too easy. Sunday I noticed an issue with the car, and called the store Monday. This was a used car and they had no obligation to help me. However, I spoke to another manager, and again was told to bring the car by and they would take care of me. Blown away again. Tuesday, I was contacted by Anthony to see if I could bring the car in to have the car serviced. I was greated by smiles in the service dept, taken back to work and picked up by a very nice driver, and the repair was complete. Anthony met me to make sure evrything was fine. Who does this. Not sure if this is a family business, but it feels like that. Anthony is awesome and is obviously backed up by a great team of managers and service pros. I was blown away More
Will never buy a car here again I contacted Mazda of Roswell to see if they would match a price quote I had received from Hennessy Mazda after visiting the U.S. News Best Price Progr I contacted Mazda of Roswell to see if they would match a price quote I had received from Hennessy Mazda after visiting the U.S. News Best Price Program. Their "client advisor" responded and said they would meet or beat that price. I asked for a specific number and the response was (quote): "I spoke with my sales manager we going to match the price that you gave me the $29,565 quoted from hennessey, and also the $1,000 loyalty that you recieved from Mazda which will bring you to $28,565. Just bring the letter they sent to you in the mail, and we can get everything taken care of. Do you have time to come out today @ 2:00, or 4:30 so we can work this deal for you?" My wife and I went down and the "sales advisor" who had set up the appointment immediately turned us over to someone else and disappeared. We test drove the vehicle we liked, and were ready to buy but the sales manager's figures started at $500 more than had been quoted. I was told that I was trying to 'stack' rebates. I said all I wanted were the terms that they had agreed to via e-mail. After another wait, the sales manager came back with the dealer invoice with MSRP and tried to convince me that I was being unreasonable and that his boss didn't even want to sell us the car that cheap, etc. I asked why the "client advisor" had told us that he (the sales manager) had initially approved the numbers, and insisted on the original price that had led us to go down there. He then stood up and stuck out his hand and said, "Have a nice evening". He probably expected us to buckle or at least compromise after having spent several hours there, but we got up and left and told them we would be mentioning them to Dealer Rater. And so we have. I will note that I purchased a Mazda3 from this dealership around 2005, and a Mazda3 from Rick Case in Duluth in 2010, and purchased the CX-9 this Valentine's Day at Hennessy Mazda at the price Mazda of Roswell said they'd match in order to get us on the lot but then refused to honor. We will not be returning here. More

Friendly, Professional, Courteous Service Staff! I went out of my way to send this message to management about my experience because I was so impressed with the customer service that day. "I just wan I went out of my way to send this message to management about my experience because I was so impressed with the customer service that day. "I just wanted to take a minute and let management know about my experience at Roswell Mazda today Jan 28, 2015 at around 1020am. My wife purchased an almost new Mazda from a local dealer while I was away doing some work overseas for the military. I wanted to find out what we needed to do regarding the warranty and routine maintenance. I decided to come by Roswell Mazda since it was near where she teaches. I was greeted immediately by a nice young man who asked how he could help. I explained the situation and he talk me through the process and gave me a nice printed packet of the maintenance schedule and prices. The other gentleman also inquired as to what information I was seeking and gave me even more explanation. I got everything I needed and all my questions answered in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner. Sadly I did not get these two employees names but it seemed they were only two on duty in the service area at the time. Roswell Mazda is near where my wife teaches but a bit far from where we live in Lawrenceville.. However based on the experience I had with your two employees in the Service Center I would gladly make the drive for service at your dealership. We looked forward to having our vehicles maintained there and also for future purchases of Mazda vehicles. Thanks!" More
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! On January 7, 2015, I went to the Mazda of Roswell location to purchase a vehicle. My experience with this location has been nothing less than frustr On January 7, 2015, I went to the Mazda of Roswell location to purchase a vehicle. My experience with this location has been nothing less than frustrating and severely disappointing. They DISHONESTLY raised the price of the car and failed to include the finance document that I’d agreed to in my file. They only reduced it back to the sale price I agreed to AFTER I pointed out the deception. At no point during this process, was it disclosed that the driver’s side headlight was damaged. Had I known, I would not have purchased the vehicle. After noticing condensation inside the headlight as well as an issue with the dashboard display, I took the vehicle to a Hyundai dealership thinking that these issues would be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. After inspecting the headlight, it was discovered that the headlight had been damaged and therefore was not subject to the warranty. I returned the to the Hyundai dealership to have something repaired. I also asked them to check the brakes and rotors as I have been hearing a scrubbing sound when driving the vehicle. Apparently the front brakes and rotors need to be replaced! I was allowed to purchase and leave in a car that was not safe. This is absolutely unacceptable! More

Mazda would not assist with the bill (that included a disposition fee and wear and tear), even though they had told me there would not be any disposition fee's or wear & tear. I called for 3 months straight every couple of days, always an excuse from mgrs at Roswell of Mazda, I even tried calling the General Manager on 10 occasions, each time I was told he would call me back, many times he did not, when I was able to get ahold of him, I was told many “stories”. Overall, I had a horrible experience and I will never buy a Mazda from Roswell of Mazda, I probably never buy a Mazda again if Mazda does not have any oversight of these types of dishonest dealerships. I am from about 5 hours away and bought a 2008 BMW 335i from them. Summary: Car had preexisting issues that were unnoticeable when I purchased the car. After 2.5 weeks of ownership the engine fails and needs to be replaced. I am left with over $9,000 in repairs. For this reason I had to work with them over the phone. They were extremely hard to get a hold of and generally rude on the phone. As the car was a high maintenance car, I wanted to get an independent pre purchase inspection before I purchased it. At first they suggested a shop that they work with for an inspection and told me they would not take it anywhere else. This was all around pretty shady and I told them things would not work out that way. After that another salesman calls me back and tells me they would take it to a shop I selected if I put down a deposit, which I did and they took the car to be inspected later that week. I almost got the feeling they did not want to sell me the car I was interested in. I would have walked away, but they had the exact car I had been looking for for over a year. Finally I work things out with them over the phone, had gotten an inspection done at a shop. The shop found a few things wrong such as an oil leak and rear brakes close to being worn out, which Mazda of Roswell assured me they would fix and that the car would need nothing when I purchase it. I put a deposit down and drove down later in the week. I take the car for a short test drive, during which I am told to not drive too fast as I do not own the car yet (reasonable, but it is a sports car that I am buying with the intent of doing some performance driving events). I take the short test drive; car has a few more scratched then disclosed, but overall looks pretty good. I buy the car and drive 5 hours home. That night after the car had a chance to cool, I start it up and instantly hear what is known on these cars as waste gate rattle. This issue only appeared when the motor was cool, so the inspection shop and I were unable to notice it previously since the car had been warmed up both times. This is an issue that eventually has to be fixed, but does not have any immediate effect on the car. A BMW shop charges about $3,000 for this, with some dealers charging up to $6,000 (as the engine needs to be removed to replace the turbos). The next day I was driving the car around and took it up to about 5,500 RPM a few times. The car quickly goes into "limp mode" which means there is an issue with the motor. I look up this issue and find it is not a major fix, but an intermittent problem that can show up. Two weeks and a half weeks later I am driving and the engine develops a knocking sound. I take it to a shop and they find the knock is internal to the engine and the oil is full of metal particles. This means the engine is completely shot. Now on my can I purchased 2.5 weeks prior, I need to put a new engine in it. I have not gotten the final bill for that, but it is going to be over $9,000. I called Mazda of Roswell and their response to all these issues was that I should have purchased a warranty. This car clearly had preexisting issues that I mentioned earlier, trying to have a warranty fix these would have been fraud as warranties do not cover preexisting issues. Not to mention the fact that the dealer assured me the car needed nothing. More
