Car came in for noise from A/C vent, the car sat at dealer for a month and they replaced my rear differential and did a recall. (No idea how this is related but they told me my diff was bad too). Brought back the car for the same noise from the AC blower. Car has been there 30 days with NO answer to my issue besides “tech is trying to figure it out”. How can it take someone 30 days to diag a noise? My car had a new transmission issue diagnosed, ordered, and installed at Mazda Marietta in the time it takes Ocean Mazda to even give me a solution. More

I am actually quite disappointed in Ocean Mazda and the sales associate and the sales manager. I am a single mother and a teacher in Forsyth County. I decided to drive down to Roswell to see about this rea sales associate and the sales manager. I am a single mother and a teacher in Forsyth County. I decided to drive down to Roswell to see about this really good deal after talking with one of their people for over a week. When I got there, I was told that that person that I’ve been talking to you isn’t really meeting me as scheduled. It would be someone else. So I went with this new sales associate. He gave me a wonderful price on a really pretty red CX five I was very excited. While test driving, he quoted the price of $35,000. Period we said that that’s a great deal. I said I want it. We worked on my trade and got the final out the price door at $34,000. Then the sales rep told me that he didn’t know this, but that was the dealer car and it actually had 5100 miles on it. He had mentioned earlier that they can have cars transferred in if I want a specific one so I asked if he could do that since this one had been a dealer car. He said sure let me go ask he came back and said that the car was actually going to be 38,000 walk out the door. I was confused and said I had already signed the paper and so had the manager and could he please have that manager come over and talk to me. This sales manager came over and said yes we made a mistake. He had already signed the deal but refused to honor it and that was that and so now I do not have the card that I was so excited about because they made a mistake and wouldn’t do anything to honor it. More
