All the upfront leg work was done over the phone as I live 300 miles away. They didn't give up until they found the exact car in the color I wanted which is something my local Mazda dealership could not do. They kept in constant contact with me for the nine days from beginning to end and when I reached Atlanta all the paperwork was ready. I loved working with them and I love my car. I would recommend Mazda of Roswell to everyone!!!! More

After my wife went sliding through an intersection due to a brake failure, we had to have our 2012 Mazda CX-9 towed to the dealership. Brandon Young informed us that this was due to a brake booster failure, a problem from the manufacturer that luckily, as of late Jun 2015, has not killed anyone. Brandon was nice enough and the repairs were completed within a reasonable time. We picked up our vehicle early Friday, but by late afternoon Friday, we began to notice some problems. Firstly, a light on the dashboard informed me that the traction control system (TCS) was turned off, and pressing the button would not reset it. Then, we found that the cruise control would not work, the auto power windows did not work, and lastly, to my horror, the brake lights were not working. I could have been pulled over and ticketed, or even worse been on the receiving end of a rear-end-collision. The level of incompetence at this dealership is unacceptable, this was not the first time we had to return to this service department because they had "forgotten" something. Another manufacturer failure in the AWD transfer case required replacement last year, and we had to return to the dealership after that repair as well because they had forgotten something. This vehicle currently only has ~54,000 miles on it, and was "supposedly" certified pre-owned when we bought it from this dealership one year ago. I will not return to Roswell Mazda, nor will I purchase a Mazda again once this vehicle is gone. More

Stay away i called this dealership and told them about the offer I had on the table and asked if they could beat it. They said they could come well under. I made sure I told them the price 3 times, it was an hour drive for me so I wanted to be sure. The offer sheet came out and they were 1,700 more than the current offer. So obviously I was upset and want to let everyone know to stay clear of this dealership. They were the highest price off the 4 I dealt with for the same exact car. More
Awesome service My wife recently purchased a new Mazda 3 from Mazda of Roswell. About two weeks later, she scraped the passenger side wheel rims on a curb. I contacte My wife recently purchased a new Mazda 3 from Mazda of Roswell. About two weeks later, she scraped the passenger side wheel rims on a curb. I contacted Aaron Gillison at the dealership, and he arranged for her to bring the vehicle in so that the 'wheel guy' could look at it. Both rims were pretty scuffed up, but after the wheel guy had performed his magic, both wheels look like new. You actually can't tell that there was ever any damage. Awesome service from a great dealership. More

Granted, I am a female who knows little about cars, this was my 1st time buying a car in my name, and was literally going in clueless. However, Aaron took his time in figuring out what kind of car will suit me best. Kudos to Aaron for being so patient with me! Excellent, no hassle experience. All people involved in the purchase of my vehicle literally bent over backwards to make sure I got the absolute best deal, given my circumstances. I came in with a prepproved auto loan offer already and they had no qualms matching then slightly beating the offer I had received. I was not able to qualify for the Mazda financing discount, so they dropped the price of the car without me even having to ask, or haggle. All savings totalled close to 3000$ off the sticker price. More
